Andrew, we'll setup a time & place when you've confirmed that it's my shaft... So has anyone else, other than GTR13 with his R34 actually fitted these yet? I will not be happy if after this whole debacle, the shafts don't fit properly, and I'm going to have to f&$k around with getting a custom spacer machined up.

If you don't think that we'll feel any difference from the 9kg carbon shaft, then why do you want to buy a 9kg chromoly one? I too am in two minds about the 2000ft/lb shaft... Reading back through the thread, we were told it would be "about 3 lbs" heavier... Even then, I should have gone with the lighter one, since I'm not making that much power... <sigh>

Do we have a list of the people who had their shafts delayed?

Last Friday I took the beemer to get washed and the guy who greeted me was just standing there, staring at the car... When I got out, he blurted out in a rush: "If that was my car, I'd polish it everyday!!"

Point him to this thread (I assume you were clean with the customer on how you were procuring his carbon shaft, and the purchase price) and I'm sure he'll understand........... somewhat. Everyone else, let Andrew sort this out. Just PM him the details of your package and he'll collate everything in due course. No need to get antsy after this long. Another week or so won't hurt. Just count yourselves lucky that you received a shaft, when some of us didn't even get that

Hey mate... I'm after the gyro unit next to the hand brake, and the two sensor plugs that clip on top of the unit. Let me know if you have one! Must have impact sensor sticker on it, and NOT be showing red
