  1. My GTR has been sitting stagnant for more than a month now... I'm sure the spiders are loving the rollcage as anchor points for their webs If you guys don't want to work on your car, feel free to come and put mine back together! The pile of parts sitting outside of the car waiting to go back in, is taller than the car itself
  2. Sorry mate, forgot to send through the money... Done now! I'll send you a PM in a second confirming my delivery address. Cheers!
  3. Anyone else want my carbon shaft?
  4. Yes mate, Still available... PM sent!
  5. I'm willing to post interstate at buyers expense... Yes, these wheels will fit an R34, but won't fill the guards as much as an R32. I have no idea whether or not they'll fit on the front of the R33 GTS-t.. Sorry! I don't check these forums as much as I should, so please feel free to call my mobile to have a chat! Cheers, Andrew. 0418 881 113
  6. I don't have the extra $100 for this shaft, so everyone tell Matt to buy my Cusco tension rods for $340 delivered :laughing-smiley-014: :laughing-smiley-014: Otherwise I'll hold up the final payment for these rods and NO-ONE will get them <insert evil laugh>
  7. I didn't see that email, and I don't really have the inclination to go through them all But if that's true, then I have no problem with paying the extra amount. Clearly stated in an email = Fair warning.
  8. I have just started going through the emails, and the first one that I opened contained this: That is a very clear written offer of supply of product at $1400 total, to be paid in installments of $400, $400 and $600.
  9. Andrew, can you please forward me the email trail? [email protected]
  10. Actually, an email constitutes and "offer", and payment constitutes "acceptance, with a "consideration" of a future payment as stated (I assume) in the email offer from the supplier. This is a legally binding contract. I'm not paying one extra cent. I'll either have the shaft or my money refunded. Andrew, I suggest calling the ACCC for advice, and then lodge a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading.
  11. BTW... Thanks HEAPS for organising this group buy Andrew. I've been on your end of many, many situations like this when organising group purchases and it certainly is no fun when things don't go smoothly. I think we all understand that none of the delays or this latest................ speed bump is your fault. Thanks again mate!
  12. That's absolute bullsh1t. Either they : 1. honour the quoted price and deliver the goods, or 2. you can escalate to the ACCC (if you can be bothered), or 3. they can refund my money and be stuck with multiple carbon shafts Either way, I'm either going to get my shaft for the quoted price, or my money back. I don't play well when held to ransom like this
  13. Okay... Back in Australia *AGAIN*... These need to go... Please all those who called, please PM me again or leave a message on my mobile. I WILL return your calls! Cheers, Andrew. 0418 881 113

  15. I have an Amuse R1 (R1000 is the R1 + front pipes) and it is pretty bloody loud. I certainly would NOT put it on a daily driver
  16. bumpy bumpy! No-one needs an oil cooler or radius rods for their GTR?
  17. Favourite place in Sydney? Does 2 hours out of Sydney count? It would have to be the drive up the Old Pac Hwy to the Hunter Valley with the top down and heated seats on Then when we arrive, head into the old rustic cottage that we've rented for the weekend, plonk the bags down, go out wine tasting for the afternoon... Come back to the cottage, get a nice fire going, cook a hearty roast dinner, drink a bottle or three of Hunter Shiraz, and then curl up in front of the roaring fire. Bliss. Or renting a similar rustic cottage in the Blue Mountains, waking up early going for a nice walk one of the countless bush trails just after sunrise in the crisp air
  18. Back in Australia... Want to move these bad boys! Bump!
  19. Hey Steve, Great to hear the news After everything is squared away and finalised, perhaps you could post up the Police Station that lead the investigation, and their commanding officer's name and email address/contact details? A few thank you emails from the modified car enthusiast community to show our appreciation wouldn't go astray!
  20. I'm trying to get my car out of there sometime this week (probably thursday), so you have one less thing to worry about. I'll let you know what I've organised! Cheers, Andrew.
