  1. http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showt...ad.php?t=331605 Guy posts a video of himself overtaking during a parade lap, and gets himself banned from every racetrack in his surrounding states ;)
  2. Top Secret have a very cheap Twin turbo kit for it... I'll see if I can find the photo I took of it sitting in their showroom. edit: Looks like a single turbo kit actually? Sign says: "Bolt-on turbo setup kit. 380,000 Yen." - That's only $4600 :headspin: :spcow:
  3. NSW cars seem to list at higher prices than VIC, SA and QLD equivalent cars. Whether or not they SELL for higher prices, I don't know.

  5. You have 5 GTRs to sell. You are a business. Support SAU and donate to the forums instead of leeching off Christian's good will.
  6. Looks better without the stickers

  8. WTF?!?!? :D Where did you come up with that "fact" from? :uhh: He did NOT invent Linux... You are giving that scamming, fraudulent fat fcuk WAY too much credit there :bonk:
  9. Dunno about you, but that advertising worked on me! I've wired my $30,000 entry fee into Kimble's Cayman Islands account and I'll be hiring a quad turbo Noble M12 for the race! GO GO GO!!!!

  12. Who's going to come and drive to your place to look at a car when they have absolutely no idea what it looks like? :slap: Do people REALLY think that they can sell cars on the internet without providing good photos of the car that they're selling??? Oh, and I bought my last car from Adelaide. I flew down for the day to check it out and bought it. So don't discount interstate buyers. Why the hell would you artificially limit your market?
  13. Yes, and they are also quite dangerous. It's impossible to go back and force a retrofit recall on the hundreds of thousands of older cars already on the road without side indicators, but it would have been so easy to make it a necessary step for the 15 year rule, like it ALREADY was for the low-volume import scheme that most of our cars were brought in by. It would make the roads that little bit safer for other drivers that have to share the asphalt with these cars.
  14. I'm going through a steep learning curve about R32s too As far as I am able to discern, NONE of the R32s came with side indicators on the front guards... The ones that do have them, had them installed at time of compliance when they entered Australia. R32s brought through the 15 year old scheme rarely have these side indicators installed, as it isn't a necessity. How it isn't necessary is beyond me. Very dangerous if you ask me!
  15. andrewho at au1.ibm.com thanks!
  16. Globes?!?! You guys have no idea do you? Blinkers don't have globes, they have BLINKER FLUID!!!
  17. Indeed they were, sorry, missed the year in the thread subject, was just looking at the body of the post  Good luck with the sale, hope you get what you're asking for!
  18. Any decent sized pics?
  19. From $45,000 to $48,000 to $43,000... This thing is like a yo-yo!!! :headspin: What year model is it?
  20. Makoto is basically an upmarket Sushi Train. Much nicer decor, more gourmet sushi offerings, etc... Very nice, but quite expensive (worth it IMHO, but then again I always think good food is worth the asking price Life's too short to eat bad food ) Kinda like Toko on Oxford St. A classy sushi train.
  21. If I put a Nissan badge on my car, can I come?
  22. Come on Mal!!! You can't keep going to the same restaurants, no matter how good they are. Lets branch out and try some new things. We should limit Thai Orchid to 3 visits a year. That's once every 4 months. I would suggest only twice a year, but I'd probably be gunned down by all the TO-fanatics in the crowd Remember that we only get 12 monthly dinners a year, so lets diversify our restaurant selection There's no need to keep going to the same ones surely! Malabar was an excellent recommendation, lets keep the variety coming! And in aid of this new-found adventurousness, does anyone know of any other GOOD steakhouses other than LCRSH and R&R?
  23. :werd: And this dinner is still 2 weeks away :Bang:
  24. HKS GT-SS, R34 N1, GT2530s... They're all much of a muchness. You'll get about 340-360awkw from them all on a safe circuit racing tune. The GT2530s will be about 500rpm laggier than the other two, but make a bit more power. They're all good choices, and you can't go wrong. Despite 7heavn's advice, don't go for GT-RS unless you're going to stroke the motor out to 2.8 or 3.0 litres.
