    Do these actually attach to the door or are they like the sill that you see when you open the door and look down towards the carpet ??

    Just bought and installed one of these. This is cheap. They are damn loud though.

    Jay95R33 - I have a mate that has a R33 GTR and you can't hear the pump in his car either. That's why i was getting worried. Maybe they have insulation to stop you from hearing them. But, after making some phone calls, getting the pump checked and judging by the comments on here, the pump is 100% fine. GTST - It is a R33 V-Spec pump so i'm not sure of what it flows, i just know it performs much better then a standard one !!!

    Yeah, like a psshhhhhh i guess. A bit like a whine too. Sort of even like a turbo spooling up. Has anyone on here done this conversion ?? I'm sure someone must be using a GTR pump.

    Well, the standard GTSt unit i couldn't even hear. This one whines as you rev it harder. Are there any signs to look out for that may point to the pump being stuffed ??

    Just put a R33 GTR V-Spec Fuel Pump into my R33 Gtst and it is loud. At idle it is quiet but when you rev the car, you can hear it. Is this right or have i been sold a dud ??

    Nope, it is the current one with the camera in-built

    Does it matter what size exhaust you are running if you want to hook up that Screamer Pipe ?? I mean i have stock turbo too but i have a 3 inch turbo back exhaust. Compatible ??

    Nah, just had a look on the Bomex website and they are not Bomex. Do you have a pic of them on the car ??
