well im not sponsored so i dont automatically get that - must haggle sall good... markys wisdom confirms wheelbearings - he told me all the symptoms without driving the car and me telling him what is wrong... so yes its bearings and a mate owes me alot of money - he cant pay up... so i collected some parts - including s14 front hubs with good condition wheelbearings so that fixes that this weekend

gtr is fine... too much shit with this whole 5 stud conversion thing is interchangeable its nissan to be honest i havent played with stagea... if it runs same balljoints as s14 you can use it by getting r33 balljoints pressed into the lower control arms and stub axles (now dont go asking why cant i use r33 then if i need r33 balljoints... think about double wishbone strut mounting points compared to normal suspension in silvia/cefiro) you can use r32 front hubs also into the factory cefiro stub axles im 99.9% sure which makes it easy like the rear go find 4 r32 hubs... slot em into your stub axles and get some 5 stud rotors n brakes (im assuming terry will go r33 gtst all round) and whack it on... bobs your uncle easy 5 stud btw ryan i finally have driven my car with the 5 stud i got off you guys... front wheel bearings are shot... hope terry can give me a hand!

im keen to help done it 3 times over on 2 cefs whats he got lined up for the front? i would recommend using (as we have discussed 1000 times in the past) r32/z32 rear hubs... slides straight into the stub axles on the cef and retains the drum setup (wally has em for 50 bucks each... or im sure being kansai automotive you surely have a pair (i have 1 z32 and 1 r32 one so theyre identical)) and then use r32/r33 rotors and whatever calipers you want aslong (32 type m/r33 gtst... same shit twin pot rears which will bolt to factory mounting points on cef stub axles) all youll need to do is cut or remove the brake dust cover for the fronts... thats another story i have thurs/friday/saturday/sunday off so...

well weve found out you need the updated dash model dials i have 3 clusters coming over guys 1 for me ofcourse and 2 for whoever... so get in FAST!@

nah... it was a stupid idea to make them clear...too bright though needs the green slip over it... i dont mind green indicators once my new cluster arrives next week from jap ill play around with colour options - so excited to have white dials coming!

mass camber you could run +5 on front with "lipped guards" put it this way 9JJ +30 sits flush all round with -1 camber rear and -2 front on cef with stock guards i have 18x10.5 +26 with 8mm spacer (making it a +18) and i have ridiculously flared rears... im searching for more out of stock guards when they properly get done front n rear in several weeks aim is to run 18x9 +0 and 18x10 +0 front and rear comfortably or something to equivalent sizes

i am stupid checked mine today... 9k rpm revs up to... ordered my new cluster tonite... 1 week n she will be here mwahahahaha its been painted white in japan (the cluster surround) so ill just be pinching the actual dials and thats it... last nite my gf had a stupid idea of pulling off the green bits of the warning lights - so they were clear... got a headache driving last nite without the green tabs over the indicator and warning lights LOL... theyre goin back on

getting prices... these will be coming out of japan... id be expecting around 200ish a cluster (estimate!) ill post pics now below are 1 88-89 and 1 90-91 cef dash...

SCORE! gf did browsing on the auctions this morning. 90-91 cefs had completely different clusters with factory white... i just purchased one now which will be here in 2 weeks... tacho goes up to 9k instead of 8k aswell no more dicking around with factory cluster now we wait... if anyonelse wants a late model cluster i can get several more... pm me ill put pics up tonite of one

when f**king around withe my cluster again last nite i noticed on the back of each dial up to about 80 it is green... then 90 to about 130 or something the lines are white on the back... then green again to 180... wtf? take pics of the back of the actual dials removed from the cluster? how did it go getting the white and green off? also that shit doesnt feel like it would come off... it sounds like a zipper when you run your fingernail over it
