Hi guys ive had a little accidence with a Camry 98 model and scratched the car. And he came back with 3 quotes for the repair and its $1500, $1270 and $800. IM LIKE WTF MAN its just a scratch freaken. So im here to look for a pannel beater in melb to give me a quote more reasonable. What do you guys think? Im thinking with that little bit of damage it should only cost 300-400 at max. I dont really care about quality or anything as its not my car i just want to get it fixed! Do you guys know any cheap pannel beaters around? Thanks

Ok some changes, the freaken old man dont want money no more i gotta get this fix. Can someone give me some CHEAP pannel beater places, I just want it cheap dont care wat happens to it. Its wasting too much of my time.

Hey guys, I need some help on my stereo dont know why but 1 speaker is working extremly soft compare to the rest. Im running the 6*9 alpine speakers off a pioneer head unit, one of them is so soft that you cant even hear it. Ive checked the settings and its fine, i also plugged in another speaker and its also soft so the speaker is fine. Did i blow the amp in the head deck? I can still hear it a lil after adjusting settings just onto that 1 speaker. What are the possible reasons and how do i fix the problem? Thanks guys!

Hey guys im in desprite needs of help for someone to evaluate on a Evo6 for sale in Sydney. Now im from Melbourne and Ive got my interest on this Evo6 and willing to buy although i want some comments on the car before i go down there just to make sure that im not going down for nothing! If possible is there anyone out in Sydney that can help me out by going to look at the car give me an evaluation on exterior, interior and machanical wise that would be excellent. I dropped a cm after a lil spin out accident i had. Probably put a lot of pressure on the suspension and a lil knock with the tyre and curb. I see c spanners for sale on ebay for around the $35 mark delivered, no brand and i think they are for adjusting bikes. Do i just measure my suspension size in order to get the right one?

I was wondering if c spanners are all the same. Ive got cusco suspensions and 1 of my sides droped a cm so i need to adjust it. Do i just get any c spanner to do the job? Can i do the adjusting some other way? And also how much are c spanners for brand new and second hand? Thanks for the help guys!

Sorry maybe i shoulda made my question clearer. If the damper adjustable is on top of the coilovers, how do get to the top of the suspension for the rears? I cant seem to get to it from the boot as there is the metal chassis around the area. Is there a way of getting to the damper adjustable knob without taking the suspension off?

Ok ive just adjusted my bov made it more loose and its super loud now! What you do is adjust the bolt directly in the middle on top of the bov. As shown in pic! To adjust the bov softer is to make the stick come out more, by turning the bolt. Make sure the bolt is not rusty or stuck etc. If the bolt is stuck loosen it and try turning the stick instead. To make it hard then tighten it by making the stick shorter. Softer makes it blow off on lower psi - longer bov noise. Harder makes it blow off on higher psi, on low psi it will flutter - shorter bov noise. As you can see in pic the stick is quite short so its on hard! Ive loosen it and now making a longer louder noise on low psi.

[hey mate got the exact same bov and pip however i find mine isnt that loud after hearing a friends SSQ let me knwo what it sounds like after u hav adjusted it] Hey sammie just to reply to your message the sound i got out of the bov was pretty loud. It might not be the loudest thing you hear but it gives off a stong whipping noise (cccchiishhhh). There are 3 different insert trumpets for the blitz bov, theres a air filter like, a normal trumpet and then the extended trumpet. Ive got the extended trumpet if im correct should make the loudest noise while the others are reduced noise. Thats what ive heard off others correct me if im wrong. As for the SSQV they do make a loud noise i believe my one is just as loud but in another note. My friend had a ssqv bov took of the fin and it was so loud you can hear the car before you see it!

Hey guys thanks for your replys, ive installed the bov already. Ive blocked off the plumb back bits using the camera film cases which was a perfect fit. The stock bov is still intact but all the lines going to it has been blocked off. The bov makes a whipping sound (quite loud) and flutters under low boost. I need to adjust it more so that it blows off at lower boost. Thanks GTST your instructions were clear and results were as you predicted.

Im looking for a blitz bov adaptor plate to fit the bov directly onto where the stock one was. If anyone has one please pm me. Reasonable prices will be considered.
