  1. Will try and make this. Sounds good.
  2. Hi, Can someone point to a quality Victorian workshop that has scan tool suitable for a '01 V35 sedan? I'll be travelling through Victoria over the next 2 weeks and was hoping someone could help out with my flashing air bag light issue. Cheers
  3. Cheers What's the tool you're using?
  4. Yep, sounds good. Also had contact with Nick on here in SA. About to head off with the family for a holiday for 2 weeks if you can wait till then. Cheers
  5. Not sure what comes after epic, but you're well and truly there. Superb
  6. Hi, I'm running Volk GT-V's on my 300GT in the below offset: 18x8 +33 (55mm dish) 114.3x5 18x9 +37 (75mm dish)114.3x5 Front offset is quite poo but never had any drama with scrubbing when I was running lowered RS-R springs on either end of car. (Now using 350Z springs) Cheers
  7. Agreed, on both counts. The offset is spot on for the car though. And this our family car and the added cost of wider tyres sucks. Something like attached look pretty good though.
  9. Thanks guys. I'll give Main North a call. Cheers Geoff
  10. Thanks Andrew, Was hoping that there may have been someone else other than a dealer that could help. Anyone with a Carman or Launch scanner could do the job as well. Spotted your car leaving not long after I arrived in my Ute. Missus drives the 35. Cheers Geoff
  11. Hi, Wondering if anyone on here can point me in the direction of someone with a scan tool to plug into my V35 sedan? Air bag light has started to flash and the usual reset only lasts for a day. My local Nissan dealer usually wont touch imports. Thanks in advance.
  12. 100% made by CastAlloy in SA?
  13. Ah yes, dying radio. (Still haven't pulled it out yet Chris, yes piss poor I know) Can't really give you a definitive fuel consumption figure (never looked)but did manage to pull just over 800km out of a tank on a trip to VIC. Loaded with 2 adults/2 Kids and associated crap, very impressed.(Also pre-cruise control) I think the snow button gives you 2nd gear starts(don't quote me on that one). Cheers
  14. Thanks for the info. Was hoping that there was another way of fixing the front. Cheers
  15. Same springs as I had on my 300GT before the change to Z springs. Low is an understatement. Now just need to sort some camber issues. Keep an eye on all Nissan forums for Z spring.
  16. 350Z springs are what you need. Cheers
  17. Hi, Can anyone recommend camber kits for sedans? I have a 2001 300GT. Cheers
  18. Hi, I have just swapped the lowered springs in our 300GT over to 350Z springs due to it dragging everything over speed humps, etc and its now fine. Just go with standard height Z stuff. There are pics here in the V section showing the difference between Z and factory springs on a sedan. Just do a search. Cheers
  19. Well done to everyone involved in organizing this event. A truly mammoth task. You will never keep everyone happy at events like this, (in fact some looked quite ill at Macca's Monday morning ) but it went off pretty well overall. How could you not love the old touring cars. Brilliant
  20. I'm sure Kurt would agree with you after it got away from him coming onto the front straight. He did a great job of steering the angriest sounding car at the track. Thanks to the Willall team for bringing out the 35 and the 32. Awesome Munro's R33 was pretty wild as well. Beautiful workmanship on every part of the car. Great weekend all around.
  21. Sorted. Thank you.
  22. Only been back to Mildura once in it, but we were staying out near Red Cliffs. It's a silver sedan. As I said it always been shit. About the only thing thats changed is that now wider and shit. Used to go home every 2nd weekend for 12 months on my bike from Adelaide before the missus moved over. Not nice.
  23. Born & bred in Mildura (Moved out 20 years ago - Yes, I'm old ). The highway is truly shite, always has been. should see the state of the fxxking main road to the highway here in the Barossa Valley. Pot hole filled goat track that gets worse everytime it rains. Spend the whole time on it trying not to destroy the Volks on the Skyline, even more fun on my bike.
  24. Any idea where the Presentation Dinner Sunday night is?
  25. Oh, and every car in Steve McQueen's "Le Mans"
