Hi guys and girls just wondering if anyones keen on getting together for a twilight cruise in the next week or so. If so i think an early evening cruise would be good. bunnings, kmart (anzac highway) or something like that would be a good start. What do you guys think. City to glenelg run fromt he meeting spot, should only take 30 - 40 mins roughly...anyone interested. Please post if keen if more than 10 people posting might try and get an official run together. I had this nismo badge on my ride for about ohhhh..................2 weeks, then it went missing if you catch my drift!!!! That does look mint, would be good to connect the parking or driving lights with it though. Ill let you know if i get mine done and post some pics! Dont know if its viable on a 4 door though, but ill give it a go! EMZ

Yes, R33 lights are the best, BUt in the 4 door variety.....very nice indeed. Maybe try fitting them to your 32, that would look mad!! Crap sorry, flood control locked me out for a second and i thought my post didnt go though, sorry!! EMZ

Yeah well i think that for the N/A owners out there (myself included) these sorts of things (noise of a pod filter) are easily changed and gve the less professional / mechanically minded skyline owner something to think about and tinker with. Not saying that all the members posting in this section have poor mechanical ideas/traits but this kinda stuff IS interesting and well, fun to talk about> All the best N/A owners out there keep up the good work!! Hey guys, just a quick question bout seeing other skylines around adelaide. I own a silver R33 4 door and when i see another 32,33,34 i give a nod to the driver. Am i being a toos or do others do the same. I personally like to give a bit of respect to other skyline owners just as ford and holden ppl stick together i think it'd a curtious thing to do....anyways what do you giys think??? oohh and just quickly has anyone seen my ride around adelaide latelly??? Series 1, bonnet (check) and headlights (check), the headlights on a series 1.5 or 2 have much sharper lines and curves. Interesting job with the gold engine bay......suppose that makes the car go heaps faster, lol!!! EMZ

Just cars N/A R33 4 door = Started at $1100 forst year now down to $849 thrid year in Turbo would only have made a 50 - $80 difference (increase obviously!!!) so said the insurance dude quoting me!! I was 22 at the begining of my R33 4 door experience and nobody else wanted to know about imported cars, they were like "skyline???......................is that japanese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" EMZ

Ummmmmm, interesting. Hope its only a prototype and they go to town with the front, sides and wel..............................lets just say i hope they change a few things and stick with some of the current Silvia traids. Lookds like a mix between Honda 2000 Ass and Mercedes front. And for that matter, whats the score with all new "sports cars" where's all the "aggressive sports look" gone. Ahhh well, thank god for R33's EMZ

Allo allo,...............this thread might be the start of another "pod suction noise" link. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/No...er-t193696.html Have a read f this mate there are a few good points regarding pod filters and the installation of them amongst the 4 pages of replys. BUT if you want to save time reading.................go dry filter and remember the engine likes cool air far more than the hot stuff venting from the engine bay so try a cover or mod box to give the pod and engine some cooler air. Apexi, Hurricaine and 3A racing are all good filters (dry versions) when you are deciding. Hey people has anyone used one of those turbine/cyclone adaptors inside their air intake system. I had one from force flow in my R33 series one for about 2 tanks and could really tell if i got any increase/decrease in economy (reason why i installed it)??? Has anyone else used one like this or simular??? Results????

Thats who i went through, sysdney people, maybe they didnt have them in stock and wanted to sell me the regular ones. they are 18"....and yeah would have prefered dish but no to worry!!

Engine bay metals, plastics and well....................most things under the hood, i used big kevs biodegradable stainfree stain remover worked a treat and most importantly................. Im excited!!!!! poor joke i know but had to say/write it!!! but seriously it really worked well guys give it a go!! Ohh and for the dash (and this one works the best)..try a dash mat!!! EMZ

Thanks for the kind words Darkness_Ryda, i would have got the deap dish and hell they look awesome but they only came is 20" or above and specially for SUV's only....................so i was told!!!
