Hi all, i have aquired some annual leave starting in early december so saying that the cruize will likely be early december (after the 3rd) on a nice sunny, warm day. Likely final destination is looking to be the glenelg, henley, or brighton, close to the beach so ifs its a hot one we can end up cooling off.........whilst our cars do the same thing!!! Its looking to be a saturday, around 11am at the Adelaide Oval car park (Main enterance) kick off, and date....well unsure as yet. Shiftwork sucks when you are trying to organise things and get things promoted in the wider community. Once i have a confirmed date ill send everyone a pm and start posting flyers around Adelaide. Hey everyone I hope poeple are still looking to this link and im sory about the long wait between posts but im almost there with the cruise. I have talked to the great people at Profix (Hilton shop) and they have agreed to donate a free service and tune (valued at $179) for the ebst looking car at the cruise. Which, of course, will be picked by me!!!!! Mostly standard with the exception of new rims, Uni filter, stereo, window tint, custom parcel shelf (to fit the 4 way 6X9's in), and im looking to get it lowered. Hello one and all, Sorry its been a while between drinks for this post but i have officially struck a deal with The Leukaemia Foundation and its all good to go. Im just finilising a date and time for the event to take place (weather sucks) and what fits in with my shift work. Nice, where did you pick up the coil overs, and if you dont mind me asking how much. Also, do you cruise around at the height in your pics or raise them up? Im thinking of lowering my ride but dont want to get defected straight away and waste the $350 for a full new setup. Regards Evan

Hi all, i own a R33 series one 4 door. Bought it about 5 months ago now in stock condition clock read about 98,000kms Added 2 1/4 inch from cat back (its a non-turbo), 18" rims, uni filter air filter, window tinting. Only other things worth doing is slappin a body kit on and then lowering my ride but as i frequently take drives up yourke peninsula in sa, some of the roads can get a bit harsh and im worried that ill be scraping the entire way up. Have had a few tiny probs, auto choke is starting very low at times, and a fuse blew when i was changing my stereo over......but far out, thats about it. Nothing (touch wood) has gone astray as yet. Ohhh and yeah, its an awesome ride, really pleased with the purchase. All the best guys. EMZ

hell, this is a close vote, comming down to the wire. I voted the r34..........and make it a four door. Oohhhh those look mad as, very nice ride. Don't find the supra look as classy and sytylish as the R34, but i can see the attraction.....initially! Regards Evan

Ive been looking around for R34 4 doors and i tell you what, in Sydney and wa they are going for around 17,000 - 25,000 pending on kms and mods. Try www.carmenimports.com or www.autoworkx.comau and check what they have. 25k should get you a nice set of turbo tuned wheels, but take your time and research your cars before you hand your $$ over. Hi all, just a quick query about my climate control in my R33. My car needed to be jump started the other day and post that my climate control wont turn on at all. None of the buttons work and ive checked all three fuse boxes (boot, under dash, and in engine bay) and no fuses are blows. I have heard that disconecting the battery and draining all power from the car may cause the computer to reset and possibly fix the problem. I dodnt want to start fiddling around with the battery if this wasnt the case. If anyone out there knows anything about this issue it would be great to hear bout it. Kind regards Evan

Hey poeple, recently i have heard that Nissan produced an aftermarket/special edition R33 GTR in a four door. I have done some light research and have found the following. http://sewid.org/gallery/Skylines-4doorGTR and...........thats about as far as i could go, if anyone else has info on 33 sedan GTR that would be awesome. As a R33 4 door owner myself i think that this a tuff ride. Apparently only about 100 were released...but like i said, its only early days in regard to my research and any info would be greatly appriciated. Thanks guys!! Regards Evan

Hi guys and girls, just thought id share a conversation i had with my dad the other day to hopefully save a few people out there some cash ($1,000). My dad was (last weekend), washing his car on the street (in Glenelg) and he had a council worker shop on the oposite side of the road and approach him. He puklled out a book and started to write him a ticket. Dad was like, what the hell is going on?? And he gent started a massive speill about washing your car on the streets is now illegal and the only place that you are able to wash your car is on your own lawn on your property. The worker continued to say that the only water that can go down the drain is rain water!! Dad got off with a warning but he said next time he'll be fined the 1K straight up. Anyways, all the best and uuhhh yeah......don't wash your car on the street or you may be sorry!! Regards Evan

I got mine off ebay, cost me about $30 australian, not a bad read if youve just got your car i supose, covers all the basics in the two and four door. I purchased a booklet from Japan and then a 2 cd package that IS the official Nissan Japan manual. It comes in a pdf file and is 350MB in size, roughtly 200 pages, very detailed and good quality. Check it out on ebay, i just typed "skyline manual", obviously choose the R33 but make sure its the 2 cd package. Regards Evan

Mmmmmm, dont know about this evnture for tchannel seven. I just hope crompton, and all of the other quest drivers plus the regular channel 10 guys get some sort of imput in the 7 telecasts (fat chance though) because they really kow what they are talking about when it comes to not only V8's but the entire motorsport scene. I just hope that 7's telecasts dont turn into a "fox footy channel type" commentry...........pretty crap and no background info.......... Well, just have to wait and see i supose. Regards Evan
