they would look heaps better if they were series 1 or 2 stageas

i slept in my car for three nights over the long weekend, folded down the backseats put a few blankets and pillows in the back, it was awesome... and the factory tinted windows are a treat when you have ur girlfriend in the back

AFAIK all vent to atmosphere BOV's make a "Ksschhhh" noise, its the sound of the air going back through the turbo that makes the fluttering noise

after seeing the back of them, i really dont like them all that much

my stagea no longer has a camo front bar ill change the pic in my signature whenever i get around to it i picked it up yesterday from the smash repairers. i also forwarded both of the invoices for repair/painting of my front bar to KIPS and i got an email back saying that they will pay me next week WOOHOO!!!!

interesting... you dont have the quote/invoice that you can post up so i can see what they actually did. do you? ps if it was a cash job or something like that you can email or pm it to me if you like. glad to see that it can still be done without touching the gaurds on silver paint...ill be sure to check out the job they did when i see ur car at the upcoming cruise

what workshop did you get it done at? did they blend the gaurd as well as painting the door? my rust is only on one side and i still got a massive quote maybe its something about silver paint...it may be harder to match so they need tyo blend the gaurd aswell

has anybody paid a panel beater to repair/remove the rust? how much did you pay? i got quoted $897 to fix it and spray it and blend the front gaurd to match it...that figur also includes respraying one of the door handles

wouldnt have been manual, unless it had been converted. im pretty sure that only the series 2 rs four s came out in manual, and it is four wheel drive

im not worried bout the money, ive just got things that i want to do to my stagea, and it would be much easier with the manuals. anyways...so your saying that we should definately have them by the end of the month?

i measured between the bottom inside corners of the headlights and it was approx 985mm between them, thats on an s2. what is it for an s1?

has anyone actually checked this or is it just a rumor that keeps getting passed along? by looking at photos and comparing it almost looks like the front bar would fit but the grill on the s1 is definately taller than the s2...you can tell because the bonnets are completely different between the s1 and s2's i suppose if you measured the widths of s1 and s2 grills and if they are different widths then the front bars would not be interchangable
