Grudge match racing, hey thats gona work for all sides and provide some 'good' PR. You might even end up with a tribal sort of rivalry amongst the supporters of each tuning house (kinda like the holden and ford thing). I believe this sort of tuning house competition is common in japan and would provide a bit of entertainment for the punters. We could have a points system for the year and have a big industry party and award presentation at the end of the competition year. This sort of thing would be good for the profile of businesses involved in jap-performance tuning. Rev210 thats the best idea ive heard in ages for all the tuners who read this post DEFINATELY TAKE IT INTO CONSIDERATION it would be good publicity for your buisness.. With the whole engine saga it shouldnt really be an issue because they claimed responibility and fixed the problem at no charge. which i think is a very good quality for a buisness to have i no of companys to do the same and not take responsibility for there actions so to the little bitch whos spreading shit shut the **** up.

u can get the specs but u would have to get them from united , they are very well built they have built mine, shannons, and mackas and the times macka and shannon have pulled show that they go but i have heard a lot of stories about wrongly built t3/t4's i will not mention the comapanys name but the stuffed wassabis(miles) turbo and also mackas... but you also will get a warranty on the turbo from united.... best thing to do is call steve at united and he can advise you of the best thing to do....

me and macka are both running t3 exhaust turbines and what they do is shave the turbine ends to a point so that they will spool up even earlier again. im spooling at 2500 with the t3/t4 setup on a rb25.. but united are very very good and no there shit.

naa macka im just doin some research for an engine build im thinking of doing in the future. the turbo will go on a 3ltr with a rb25 head thanks for the info mega gts4 and gtst v-spec were bouts in perth do u work

thanks matlowth and yea i no there will be lots of little things thats y im giving myself a year for the build. and one of my mates is an engine builder so if problems come up i have some help as well as most of my mates are mechanics plus the doing a lot of it myself is coz i enjoy playing with engines so it should be fun... im just getting as much info and as many specs as i can so i will no what bits and pieces i will have to get to put it together... thanks everyone if u could keep the info coming it would be much appreciated... thanks phil

yea i wanted to start with the vl block get everything balanced and blueprinted was gonna run a dry sump, forged pistons with the gtr head and a nice set of turbos and hook it up to a power fc, of course lots of other things aswell but take to long to list. thanks everyone for there input ... hey hotplates what type of horse power output are you getting. thanks phil
