it ran fine on the std and the z32 afm..

we just plugged in the std ecu and it ran fine and the wiring for the z32 was right..thanks for all ur help mate talk to u soon...

we took the covers off the apex'i and everything looks ok and doesnt smell burnt..what now?

did u have to replace ur ecu when u fried it?

the only reason we changed the afm is because it was maxing out...do u think if two afm wires touched it would fry the ecu?

yeah...all the sensors are normal apart from afm

u can see the graph but there is no values at all, not even zero's

yeah, eg. u cant put any timing in at any load point.

hey, a standard rb20det cam has 248deg intake duration and 7.8mm lift, if you have an aftermarket cam ex. tomei which has a 260deg with 9.15mm lift for every time the valve open its open for a longer duration with more lift so incur there is more air forced into the cylinder every compression stroke of the engine and the exhaust cam has the same effect but lets more air out of the chamber. hope that helps.

yeah the hand controller has all the features but it has no maps and its slow to load up map screen and freezes when u get into the map. i've never heard of an apex'i fry even if the afm wire was wrong!

it doesnt matter what value we select eg. std r33, z32, qf45. the engine warning lights are flashing and there is no ignition or fuel maps....what the?

we connected up the std air flow metre and now it wont start at all... what the?

thanks man, do u have any experience with wiring in a z32 into a r33 s2 with an apex'i power fc? because the engine light keeps flashing and the fuel pump is going non stop? what the! there is no ignition or fuel maps either after we done a tune last night and it was running fine before the z32?

hey do u know what color goes where on the rb25 3 pin...tryin to wire up a q45 now and i have the colors for that..
