Sorry to hijack the thread fellas, but I couldnt justify starting a new one - Im looking at a set of Volk GTCs, measuring 18x10 in. with a +19 offset...Fat as hell... Now, I realize i may need spacers... will these fit on my 32 GTR without hitting the guards? I have height adjustable suspension if that will assist...

Well for me, the highest value I can remember seeing is 47 - its only reached that high once, usually under load im seeing it in the 30s...on idle its nonexistant. This is on shell V-power racing stuff.. Im guessing theres no REAL cause for alarm, right?

As topic states Im after these items - Im in south east melbourne. The window must be scratch free! Ie. those 4 big scratches that come from the glass rubbing against those guides - hence the reason I'm replacing mine. The rubber seal Im after is the one that goes between the glass and the car body - running up the B pillar, along the top of the window and down the A-pillar.. The one that gets torn in the corner - im after one with no tears, just the drivers side. Thanks heaps. Andrew

Im using NEO engine oil atm, 10W40 - so far I think its the best ive ever used, I came from using Motul 300V - its damn pricy (1x5L will cost you the same as 2x4L of 300V), but the car is as smooth as a dream and its still honey coloured after 3000ks. Supposedly you don't have to change this stuff until 10,000ks.. not that I'll be taking that chance, though.

I'll defenitely get a 2nd quote on fitting the noltec bushes, Ive got em sitting at home. Something tells me itd be the better way to go..

Are there any noticable disadvantages to these alloy rings over replacing the bushes with noltec items?
