Wilwood seem to be more bias towards motorbike calipers. prom the comparisons i have made between them when looking for my calipers i found that the piston size was less that the standard R33 calipers and were almost too light. i personally woud stick to the stock 33 calipers. i even found that there was no real advantage on running the 33 GTR Brembos instead of mine. they are the same sized piston in the rear and the fronts are only slightly bigger, both front and rear brembo's allow a thicker rotor to be used. don't forget that you will also want to work out how much pads are going to cost and also rotors. these are usually not cheap. i found that that every 4 sets of pads i would need a new set of rotors. and at $300 a pair of pads and $1500 for a set of Harrop rotors it's not a cheap excersize. just my 2 cents. im sure ppl will probably have other opinions, but that's mine!!

Yeah, Im not going to take any chances. getting the cage finished and painted next week, then i can finally start on the suspension side of things.

Finally got my car back on the road this morning after having it stored down at work waiting for parts for it for a week. sheered off the front wheel driving along the highway near the port sorell turn off. the guy that changed my tires over didn't seem to do the wheel nuts up tight. still need to get all the bodywork fixed and painted and the rim fixed.

I would recommend a lancer or something with a small engine capacity. but if you want good fuel ecconomy it would be sensible to buy an auto, manual cars can just be revved harder.

i run 245/35/18 on the front and 285/40/18 on the rear of my R33 and have used them with slicks and semi comps with no problems.

For the flexable ones, most people seem to use an old seat belt bolted to the chassis rail or front reo bar. As for using the Strut bar, only damage it could probably do is strip the nuts on top of you suspension struts due to the added force.
