Thanks dude I was top 16 when that happened on Saturday. Sorted the earth issue out and was all good today!

Thanks Dave I had an awesome day, definitely made up for the dramas over the weekend which put me out of the drags and Powerskid on Saturday. Definitely will be back next year! It was my first time entered and I was paranoid about other people on the track but I found just about everyone to be aware of their surroundings which made it much more relaxing. Would love to see any other pics/vids if anyone else has them! Thanks for posting MatBoy. Check out my powerskid today

Good to hear Dave!! Phew! Tell me about it with the breakages though, In my garage we had a head gasket go, a turbo cease and a car that has been on jacks most of the powercruise. Lucky Sammy was there to support me. Big missions today driving around getting bits, but hopefully I can make up for it tomorrow. Slowed right down this arvo and ripped a big anti-lag 3rd gear skid in front of the pits to make sure everything was ok haha.

I had dramas too! Destroyed 2 crank angles sensors before working out it was the earth to it responsible! It happened in the drags and powerskid. I was spewing! Just hit forth gear and was ready to try and blaze the track, Hopefully tomorrow will be worry free Had a blast down the straights doing a bit of choppage :)

Pretty much back together too, quick dyno check on Saturday (couple more psi if it like it), just need to sort out tyres and I'm good to go. And yeah the Greddy switch on the steering wheel will be ready too for the main straight brawls

I have one of these with 3rd gear completely gone. Perfect for a dog gear set conversion (why pull apart a good box?) or for spares, ask Nissan how much a selector fork is for example! Located in Sydney $200, would prefer pickup but will ship at your expense if I must! PJ Ph: 0430 767 845

Car is now repaired and under primer, should like nice and fresh for the event! Getting painted on Saturday so should leave me plenty of time to be set! Gotta start collecting some tyres to fry!
-
That sucks Dave! I'll be onto them, might not be as finished as I'd like it to be but as long as it's driving I guess. Won't get any time to practice some powerskids either, looks like I'll have to wing it!
-
Well my car is at the panel beaters today for some repairs thanks to a milkshake tow truck driver. 5 weeks out and I've been promised the car back in a month, which gives me a week to put it back together. Worse case scenario I'll put some goggles on and drive it with no windscreen under primer. I'm not missing this for anything!!

Sorry enthusiast, it's called 'Power'cruise not nugget cruise lol. I've got my garage sorted, gonna fill out the form and send it off today....Powerskid, tick, drags, tick, cruise...hell yeah. Can't wait but have a lot of work to do before then!!

Good to hear! I'm keen to do some bracket racing this year and regular 98 just isn't the same

12 X Bosch Indy Blue 1600cc Injectors
PJ. replied to PJ.'s topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Anyone for the last 6? -
Nice one Dave! I was just about to get some shifter extenders made up..... Maybe you can point me in the right direction!
-
Do it Ahmed But for the your power level you'll need another fuel pump and bigger injectors. To give you some idea I get 200km's to a tank of hard driving. 1600cc injectors, 2 x 044's and 503hp @ wheels. On pump fuel I used to get around 330km's, and about 300km's on my toluene tune (1000cc injectors) But, cooler water temps, EGT's....car runs beautiful. Can't beat it!!

Hi Guys, It's time for me to go beyond what's realistic for the street so I am advertising the complete engine in my S13. People have shown me plenty of hope but no money when it comes to the crunch. Many of you already know the car/engine, it was the HPI/Zoom project S13 and doesn't have one cheap part on it. A more extensive spec sheet will be supplied to the purchaser otherwise Advance Motor Mechanics in Strathfield could happily build you a replica without much change from $25K Makes 503hp / 376kW at the wheels on E85 @ 25psi with 721ftlb of torque, 336kW @ wheels and 621ftlb of torque on 20psi. Full boost by 5000rpm Has gone 10.4 @ 136.52mph on radials in Australia's fastest street S13 2815lb (1280kg) S13 and will go high 9's on slicks. Engine HKS Cams and valve springs (lumpy idle) Ported and polished head Tomei pistons and rods Nitrided crank GReddy manifold Sard fuel rail Indy blue 1600cc injectors 6Boost exhaust manifold HKS GT3037S 1.12 A/R exhaust housing, I also have a 0.73 which comes on @ 4500rpm Trust Type R external wastegate Trust sump ARP main and head studs 3" dump pipe Now with LS1 coil pack conversion with custom Magnecor 9mm leads (don't have a current pic) Dyno sheets and time slips to prove all of the above tuned to perfection by Adam from Just Engine Management since the day the engine was fired up. Always had Royal Purple Racing 41 through it + filter changed every 2000km's without fail ($188 for 5 litres) Engine has done approximately 5,500 kms since it was assembled in July 08 and has NEVER ever missed a beat in any way. EGT's have never exceeded 750 degrees on high boost setting. It is so efficient the car trapped 120mph at the drags on only 11psi with the 0.73 exhaust housing. It is a perfect circuit, strip or daily setup if you want to lose your licence within a day. If 1600cc injectors and E85 are too hardcore for you I also have Sard 1000cc injectors. With those in and the smaller circuit style setup and BP 98 pump fuel it went 11.0 @ 131mph and 11.2 @ 134mph on 225 Nitto's, 1.8 60ft time. Aside from the lumpy idle it drives like a stocker and turns all but seasoned racers into scared, no steering wheel hooks, no drifting, just raw power . $15,000 or very near offer. I'd prefer it to go with the Haltech Platinum Sport 1000 and inclusive tunes for peace of mind. Not for the inexperienced driver whatsoever. It is lethal. You can contact me on 0430 767845 Thanks, PJ

Bloody hell 12psi with that setup is absolutely nothing. 600hp+ @ the wheels here we come. New powerskid champ in the making!

How Much Rwkw For What 1/4 Mile Time.
PJ. replied to Stealthynsa's topic in Motorsport Discussion & Builds
Anything can and happen, I know this. But the Moroso calculator isn't based on you nailing a 1.5 60ft time and blowing a diff, or missing a gear, or engines that have lost comp since they were dyno'd in 1980. Anyway, I think we've stated the obvious enough already. Peace.
