I spoke to a HR manager for some mining company 6 hrs south of perth. He said he would have given me a job there and then if they didnt only have 3 months left of building left. I was just ringing for a reference for a lady applying for one of my rental properties. He said just look up mining and construction companies in the yellow pages, and do the ring around. He said to pretty much let them know your out there and wanting to work. Let them know what skills you have. I might look into it. Admin jobs can get about 90 a year.

Ellenbrook is part of the swan valley. if you havent been out there latley, its hudge! Ellenbrook is also only 20 min to Morley where i work, 15 min to Midland and about 30 min to city. Applicant must be between 18-30 m or f, non smoker, clean and tidy and has reliable income. House is fully furnished, but room is not. $90 per week plus share of bills etc. 4 weeks rent bond ($360) and rent is paied weekly in advance. Booster, you could get a villa in Mansell st in morley that is a very smart buy at the moment for $380. At the street behind there is a block of apartments going up and a cafe strip proposed, meaning the price mansell st will skyrocket. Its a 3x2. If you put offer in for 370 i think she would take it. No strata fees their either. Let me know.

1972 VW Beetle, Yellow. Ive wanted a yellow VW bettle since i was err 5. We are currently experiencing a few problems, What fun i had when it set on fire! Its prob louder than what troys skyline used to be, pretty much missing an exaust, had a little bingle on the front, fixing it myself, im quite the pannel beater!, havn't had to do much to the engine (its in pretty good condition for its age), do have plans to put a porche one in though eventually, getting it resprayed shortly, and slowly doing up the interior bit by bit. Great things about classic cars is they are simple, and most the stuff you can do yourself. But its quite funny when your driving along and things just "fall off"

Hi Everyone, Yep been a long time I know but hey im a busy girl! Just found out Lauren and Paul are engaged, congradualtions! Found out through the old grapevine, thought gez I havent stuck my head in here in about 12 months or so, thought id make sure everyones well and behaving themselves! Anyhow... Im very well, working very hard now in realestate (yeah i know i was studying teaching, still am but slowly at the moment) and have 2 other jobs too. You guys would be proud, i have finally bought a car... Its a classic and im restoring it (getting my hands dirty and doing it myself too... loving it), going to look mint! Will be a real head turner, well it is at the moment but possably for the wrong reasons. Thanks liz, i noticed the cruze post and was thinking about it but realised it was the same night as my best friends 21st. Obs went to pup school, sat on all the puppies there... cos he was um about 10 times the size of the other puppies. Hes such a well behaved dog. He can go down the beach off lead, no worries and at the park. He loves to play with other dogs, but as soon as you call him he comes right back (99% of the time.... that 1% is when hes "playing" with a good looking female dog.... he is male i guess). boost, he doesnt jump up when u get home. He get ignored for about 1/2 an hour, then i go say hello to him. He sometimes jumps up but then gets smacked on the head so he stops. Although hes still a puppy and can be really stupid and clumsy. Hes got long legs, and still doesnt know how to use them propley. When he comes inside, he cant get grip on the wooden floors, hes legs go all over the place. he doesnt have much coordination. You would think a decent sized brain would be in that boofy head of his, but um we are yet to see any intellgence! Ive got a new bird too (glah) and obs and him are best buddies. They even give each other kisses. Bruce (the galah) is really tame and comes out of the cage we have for him outside. Obs licks his head and bruce gives him little bird kisses on his noes. Its the funniest thing to see. The bird isnt scared of him at all and obi is sooo gentle with him. Its really sweet when u go out in the morning and Obi has his chin resting on the ledge on the side of the cage, and bruse is down there right next to him, both asleep.
