  2. i know my mate has a toyota, an found the instructions for how to program the keys. nissan should be able to encode a new cut key thou.
  3. me also please.
  4. caminperth, dont be scared of pulling the gear box out. its not that hard hey. i pulled mine out in a few hours. same to put back in. how ever one tip. when putting back in. if it doesnt seem to want to slide all the way back in. get some 10 mm longer bolts in advance. 3-4 is all you will need. pull the bolts up untill there is slight even pressure on the bell housing. with the slave cylinder in place have someone put there foot on the clutch, wind the motor over BY HAND ONLY an this should help it all slide into place. like other said. doing by hand will be quite pain full. i would recomment getting some stands to push the back of the car arround 1 foot in the air. this will make the gear box easier to get in an out with out a hoist. good luck.
  5. predator : i had the same problem when i was trying to get prices for my os giken type x lsd. greenline replyed first an only them. so i got it thought them. its sooo annoying waiting at times.
  6. 180 - 4 x 114.3 i think is the measurement. i guess that might work out into inchs or something r33 gts-t 5 x 114.3
  7. what is the thickness of the r33 gtr's ?
  8. steve. i could be wrong here, but if you got your car knocked back with adr approved parts you could take the inspector to court personally an sue him personally for damages. this might not get your car passed but it would shake ever inspector to think twice an really do there job how its suppose to be done. adr is there for a reason. im sure any shit lawer could win a case with that. thats just my two cents of input.
  9. sweet as dude. great guide.
  10. i also noted a change in the rates for parts im buying. got a quote mid dec an when i ordered few days ago it was 40 $ cheaper. yeh babeb yeh. free block of piss for me
  11. when i was at speedworks i saw a lancer that had just had the intake manifold changed. from something standard to a jun one. runing only 1.2 bar boost it make 80 ps more than when it was running 1.7 bar. even aj at speedworks couldn't beleive the results. i think it simply proves how much extra power can be tuned from a car with high quality parts. having a better plenium will make a difference, less restriction at higher flow lets the cylinder pressures go higher at lower boost. how ever if you dont have a bigger turbo, fmic and management i wouldnt c you could actually utilize this item. if you do have these items im yet to look at the internals of the greddy plenum, i would like to do this before i decide weather its worth making my own from scratch or purchasing one of these. if i can design and build this from scratch with no real problems i might consider making more. how ever i need to put more reserch into this before i start. anyone whom could help with any info i might need i would love to hear from you. 12. 225 rwkw 12 psi (need aftermarket management to go higher in boost) internal wastegate. what ever size that is.

  14. damm, wish i lived over there to take part.
  15. sydney kid, this is simply an idea i have, but yet to get any really tech imput on this. im thinking if it would be possible to run say 3 35 mm wastegates. which they open at different times. the only benefit ive been able to think of from this is simply if you want to run high and low boost you might be able to control the boost at low level smoother. just still its simply an idea not sure of the real benefits of problems that could come from this. or how to set up. sorry to jump onto your thread thought it might be worth mentioning here.
  16. davidl ive just done a purchase with greenline for a os giken lsd which they didnt have listed. i emailed them about this product an had a reply within 1 day. so far all good. as soon as my lsd gets here ill be happy as pig in shit. ))))))))

  23. BOOSTMEISTER we ran a lexus v8 twin blown on c16 with great results, we ended up have 40 psi, 6:1 comp with 32 deg advanced with no det. used shit loads of fuel but sounded amazing. when we were turning this engine it didnt seem to perform untill we advanced the timing so far, something you might want to try next time Roy. I'm also very interested in setting my car to use this fuel also, there was a article in some mag where they set up a gtr to run on c16, how ever i cant remember the results. From my memory c16 is made for forced induction engines. i would be extremly interested to hear your results if you go down this line. c16 does also have a slight lead content which will mean cleaning your 02 sensors. 24. if you have a pump and are wondering how to install this using the one way valve that comes with it. the banjo fitting i used came from a toyota corrolla, the line from the fuel filter to the fuel rail has a non reuseable banjo fitting on the end that goes onto the fuel rail, simply cut thought the metal outer crimp carefully and thats the one part. you also need a cap nut to hold this inplace. for this i found a toyota wheel nut from the corrolla also is made for the job. when putting on the cap nut i used a thread sealant to make sure no fuel managed to creap its way up the threads. i might add i installed this pump few hours before i had it tuned on christmas eve so i didnt have the time to buy the correct fittings, which is why i had to find something else to use.
