when my brother installed his egt guage in his land cruiser he used networking cable for the signal wire. worked fine. also if your buying new guages you might want to consider getting the kenworth vdo guages. they look the same except they have a much better back light. this said i havent looked at a new vdo guage to c if they changed to the same. i have a water temp and sender sitting my room if anyone is interested. brand new. never used.

I have put some defi guages under the 1 din radio. looks nice. took a while. but im going to redo it so it looks perfect. here is a pic.

i would get another guage and check the pressure comparing to the factory one. you might find there could be a short in the wiring causing the needle to read that high. just a thought. Matty B

I'm considering making a sub box to take the place of the rear seat. For the end result to turn out how i desire, a rear cut or damaged shell is required. If anyone in the Perth area has one they dont need/want to get rid of I would be interested to hear from them. thanks Matty B

you could also set one kind of timer in your car, something that runs seperate to everything else. something as simple as a timer that unless you hit a button once you start the car will only run for two minuttes before shutting off automatically. wouldnt be too hard to set up.

coventry's also sell Devcon. we use it to repair the intercoolers on trucks while we wait for a new one to arrive. also we use this on fuel tanks on the trucks and it seems to work fine. considering the roads they travel on (all ruff dirt) its pretty good shit.

you could just design it yourself and get one printed.

they use the internal waste gate that is on the turbo. insted of dumping to the exhaust system it dumps directly to atmo. which is ***en loud.
