Hey dude, thanks for the response, I went and checked it out, I undid the nipple near the fluid resovior and bled it a little - it seems okay now (the engagement point is really high compared to near the floor, so I'm wondering if the clutch is nearly gone) its drivable now but I'll get it checked out tomorrow. Not other leaks with the system and everything else seems to be okay. Cheers for the advice

Hey guys, Just had this happen to me today - wondering if anybody has experienced this before or has any idea of what I can try. Got into my R32 and when I go to engage the clutch and a gear, I find it incredibly hard to select a gear, the clutch pedal engages normal and doesnt feel like it goes straight to the floor (has some feeling) I limped the car home in 2nd/3rd and it was getting increasingly hard to select a gear - once I got home I couldnt select 1st/2nd from a standstill and had to roll it into the driveway - One thing I noticed was when I was at a standstill with the clutch pedal pressed in, the car would still very slowly take off (as if the clutch was still engaged) At this stage the car is undrivable so I'll have to sort something out soon for it - I checked the fluid levels and everything else looks fine - this has happened very suddenly and it has no other signs of issues at the moment. Anybody got any ideas what I can try? Cheers

Hey, Selling off these rims I bought about 12 months ago - originally planned to put them on my RX-7 and then my Skyline, but decided against it and to save some money. I bought these from Japan and imported them across - they are 17x9.5 +20 Offset. Brand new still in original box and have never had tires fitted to them at all. I'm chasing $700 for them to recoup the cost of the original purchase + importing - I'm located in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane. Please let me know if you need any further details. Cheers

Brand new seals, series 6 corner seals, all new main seals all have been redone - rebuild cost me about $4000 total. Has just had a new clutch installed, the car is still at the mechanics getting finished off so I haven't even run the engine in yet (if you want, you can do this) I'll get it retuned once the car is picked up or you can do this if you have a prefered tuning house. Has had the turbo all sorted out, new lines on it (braided) new clutch fan at front to stop any overheating issues. All in all has been a really great and fun car to drive and I will miss it - looking to get a bike instead. Any questions, please let me know. Good points about the car. Hey mate, Ahh fair enough, I'll give a few a call in the next few days. The shift kit really does add an extra element I guess - in a straight line (drags, whatever else) yeah I'll beat a lot of stuff, but put in on a circuit (like I want to do a lot more of next year) and its harder - little to no control over the gears, I can't really use engine braking much etc. I've driven a friends R32 with 200rwkw and another mates R32 with around 160rwkw and I've found them both very enjoyable, and a lot quicker than my car. I realise there will probably be a fair bit of drama involved, and cost - but I figured I'd check it out first before making my mind up completely. To be honest, I thought about selling the car and buying a new one, but the market seems to have fallen out of the r33's in recent (and no so recent) times. For me to be able to do this normally, I need around $13k for my current car, which I have had it advertised recently and recieved 0 phonecalls/enquiries about it, and I see a lot of similar R33's which are younger and have more features, for cheaper - eg $11k ish sort of price range. I'm pretty happy with the R33 at the moment, its a fun car, clean and straight, so I figured I'd keep it as is. I didn't realise about the mod plate thing though, and insurance, I'll check that out as well before I procede with anything. Thanks again guys - if anybody has any reccomendations for people I can call apart from the well known ones (Mercury, Allstar, etc, I'll call them as a given) please let me know! Cheers

Hey guys, Just wondering, if anybody here had got this done on their car before? I'm looking at getting it done on my R33 GTS-T - it currently has the standard auto gearbox in it, with a shiftkit installed - its fun to drive at the moment, but I think I'd prefer to have a manual instead. I've looked around for a bit but I can't find many reccomendations or places in QLD listed here who would be able to do one - does anybody have any ideas of who I could call up to get an idea of cost/time etc? Hey mate, The wheels are all 18"x8" Avanti Rims I bought locally in Brisbane - front tyres are 235's and the rears are 265's - all are Toyo Trampio's (all matching etc!) Thanks for the comments !
