I was just wanting some help diagnosing an ear piercing noise that is come from what sounds to be the rear diff. I sounds like high pitch humming that seems to almost disappear when I'm going 100km/h on the highway, but between 40 - 80 km/h it is almost deafening. Can someone please throw some ideas at me? thanks

Can someone help me, I have a GTR R32 that is surging. It feels like it is staving of fuel. When I'm driving along it feels like someone keeps tapping the brake. It does this when cruising as well as when I'm giving it a bit. It also has trouble idling, like it is going to cut out but never does then fires back up and revs quiet high. The funny thing is that it doesn't do it all the time, but it will do it for about 3 or 4 days then go away for a while then come back again. The car has done 110000kms, it's standard except for catback exhaust, timing belt changed at 88000kms and just had new plugs put in it. Can someone put me on the right path please.

No. First owner was a property developer in Sydney, then the vehicle was purchased by a friend of mine who owns a car yard, who run into some financial problems when building his house (it has about 7 bedrooms) and thats how I ended up with this little beauty.
