Hey just changed my fuel filter and you should of seen the color of the fuel that came out! it was black!!! car was starving of fuel, now all is okay. man i'm glad i fixed it now and not after the thing leaned out to the point of blowing something!
This will not cause the hesitation, I just found my hesitation problem, similar to your problem, it turned out to be a very dirty fuel filter, and i mean dirty, the fuel that came out of it was black! try it. part number z200
Mate to my knowledge, all turboed R33's have R32 GTR brakes on the front, same calipers and rotors. And i think rears too. If the rotors are drilled then maybe they're the optioned brake packaged Brembos, in that case it would be an upgrade. If they are i'm not too sure of fitment but i think they're a bolt on swap.
Not trying to change your mind but mate why on earth would you want to change a legend of a car like an R32 GTR!!!
IMHO i'd keep it the way Nissan made it, its a legend as it is.
Hey Jesse, i have a friend who runs a tyre shop, would it be okay if i have a few business cards with my car for his shop? understand if you say no, just trying to plug his business and also maybe get some discount for SAU NSW members, it wouldn't be much just a few cards on my windscreen nothing big at all.
herte is a thread on how to get full boost all the time, it doesn't give you more power but it does give you more mid range power.

IF you have a boost controller then it doesn't matter what it does. It is for the factory boost controller, it keeps boost to 5-6 psi when the car is under 4500rpm once it revs past this it lets it boost to 8psi. If you don't have a boost controller then reconnect it because you only be getting 5-6psi through whole rev range.
But by the looks of it you have a boost controller in so reconnecting it won't do anything.
