No noise as yet, only done a couple of hundred k's so don't no what they will be like on rotors and not to dusty. Have never used anything other than Bendix, so I can't compare.
Had tyres fitted today, beautiful. I think these have alot rounder sidewall, alot rounder than the Toyos that I had which are very square. Still have good clearance.
I have these in my R34GT-T. S,R & T in the front and Ultimates in the back. Got the SR&T on an introductory special for $195.00 in Melb, Bursons quoted $295.00. Appear to be really good so far, nice & bitey. Have a track day in a couple of weeks so I'll know more then.
I have some of these ordered aswell. Am actually going bigger, had 275/35/18 and 235/40/18 Toyo's am going to 295/30/18 and 245/35/18. This will give me the nearly the same overall dia (about 5-10mm less) as the factory fitted 225/45/17. The 275/35/18's where about 15-20mm over, thru the speedo out to far.
I have one set of NISMO style wing struts to suit an R34 2 door. Made from 5mm laser cut aluminum and powder coated black. Includes unpainted fiberglass covers. $200.00 posted any where in Aust.
Have tried uploading some pic's, but I keep getting an error. Help
Have worked out pic's, they were to big.
Series 2 engine are slightly higher, around 180psi. I've done a couple of Series 2's, one I used to own and a friends, both where 180. Series 2 have a slightly higher compression ratio. Must be the same as a NEO engine, my 34 are mid 180 as well.
If there spongy it's in the fluid not the pad, but 180km/h plus and braking at the 100m mark into a 2nd gear hair pin lap after lap, no fade. I'm impressed with the factory brakes.
I've been using factory pads so far and they are working fine, no fad. Have just brought some new Bendix Street Road Track to see if I can shortern the distance down a bit. But very impressed with factory brakes!
