  1. i only use mobile 1 in my RB20det, its around 60bucks a bottle but u get what u pay for
  2. if u buy a skyline its gotta have a turbo, dats the hole point of a skyline, otherwise choose a honda. i heard if u have the car in your parents name with their permission its fine for you to drive the car (TURBO skyline)
  3. hey guys my car alarm was playin up so i disconnected it by playin around with the red and black wires to the battery n the alarm doesnt work now which is what i wanted since it goes off any time it wanted, anyways i cant even lock the car with the key now, n cant hook the alarm bac up, was my car hooked up to the central locking system?? ,if so how to fix??

  5. hey guys i just fitted a cheap shit HKS SQV BOV by stickin it on my intake pipe and the car turns off after i leave the lights or slow down, also it makes the car run a heap slower, my friend said i might need a plum back system, is this true? also for the mean time i put the boost pipe back on to my stock BOV and it runs fine but now got a useless cheap shit one sitting on the intake pipe since i cut a hole to put it on, is this bad? (R32 RB20det)
  6. thanks guys for all ur help, n yea its the turbo, looks like saving for me $$$, btw ne1 knos wat is the best turbo to fit to the std flange, i heard T3 are a straight fit for a good replacement?? n would i have to sav up for a fmic n boost controller too??
  7. thanks guys for all your help i hooked up a boost gauge to it and it read 0.5 bar max which doesnt sound right with a 3'' n pod, weird?? but it was a cheap shit swoosh brand one
  8. also if it has a blow by (which sounds like the case) shud i be taking my car easy n would it be possible to get this problem fixed up before it gets worst, like maybe a bottom end rebuild or isnt there much point, shud i just drive it until the engine blows, pls tell me what u guys think im lookin at here???
  9. thanks guys, yea thought it could be a screwed engine, but it only happens sumtimes though, n sum guys reckon white smoke sumtimes is normal or even good for the engine, does this sound liable??? wud a compression test tell me if the engine is f*ked, if so how much wud it cost??? btw what is condensation???
  10. sumtimes wen i gun my car hard i see white smoke come out from the launch, and once after a serious trashing white smoke comes out from the exhaust for a bit n goes away when idling, but most off the time racing ders no smoke or sumtimes dark brown, (only been running ultimate n optimax) i just bought the car n its been running at least 14psi+ on factory parts besides pod n 3'' exhaust, according to the factory hg gauge with 140000 km any ideas guys?? could it be signs of detenation??
  11. thanks man but yea wen i push the car the stock boost gauge reaches to the top right away and you can still hear the turbo spooling up after that, so this would most definetly be runnig more than 12psi according to your reply? if so can i just burrow my mates electronic boost controller to turn down n give it back to him or do i need to get one my self?

  13. watever boost it is, its still not factory, n broke to buy a front mount or elec boost controller rite now, so want to know if its ok to run more boost than factory with the factory parts???
  14. hey guys i just bought a std r32 gtst (only pod n 3 inch exhaust) n a mechanic said its been boosted well above 7psi n i dont have a boost controler to turn it down, even on low trottle the boost runs very quick to show reading over past the factory boost guage of 7psi, if im runnin this high boost for long, a) what damage could it be doin to my engine n turbo since i dont have a front mount or any other mods for sufficient airflow cooling for the boost level (prob 10/11 psi)? if so what would be a safe boost level without puttin a strain on the engine without the frontmount? what would be the cheapest n best way to fix the problem? (maybe turn the boost back down with a manual boost controller) c) would a bleed valve help? d) i also get 300km on a 42l tank with only some racing, is this decent? thanks guys for any help you can give me.
