Well is it a gts-t or gts?? If its the gts then you cant install it cause your car isnt turbo.

Hey I can say the majority people here will tell you to either search cause its been covered many times and u'll also find people telling you to go for a panel filter because an exposed pod will suck in hot air and will not be beneficial.

Well this is whats happening ive just figured out my girlfreinds next door neighbour is a mechanic who has experience in ripping apart and rebuilding hot rods and ive asked him if he wants to rebuild a RB25DET with forged internals. I was looking around this site for like a rebuild shopping list but I cant find it cause i need to buy all the parts and his going to do it for me. Im looking for around 300kw at the wheels. Im not sure of the engines history so I want to basically make it a new engine. anyone know of a link or can give me a list of things i need would be great.

Sounds great!!!! Boost spiking is a major engine killer.

What about spiking?? Does eboost 2 have a mechanism to eliminate boost spikes which can kill your engine???

Well would their be anyway that I can tell what I have on the computer in regards to drivers and so i know which websites to go to download just incase i dont have the cd's or documents which tells me what hardware my computer has.

Just wondering if you dont have all your discs to install all the appropriate drivers, Anyway to get them from the current unformatted computer? Not to sure i have the drivers for the important things like internal video/audio cards and stuff are these drivers included in the windows xp cd?? Or your pretty much stuffed??

Yeah ive got a disk drive, dont computers come with disk drives anymore???? so with the boot disk just put it in restart comp and follow instructions right??

If I knew what this was then I would do it. Im thinking putting the XP cd and letting it work its magic. The HD idea is alright but dvd's are cheaper hehe.

Yeah im going to burn everything that I can onto DVD. So what do i do just put in the XP cd and turn computer on and click reformat of that it???

Hey a freind of mine got a electronic boost controller installed and running 10psi, The car starts to jerk sometimes right after boosting like when ur a L plater and cant drive manual. Car is other wise stock besides a turboback exhaust. once boost controller is turned off car drives normal?? Any ideas??

Yeah I agree with ya dezz before my mate installed his i saw the piping and it very minimal. Could that be why his not experiencing noticeable lag??? Car runs so much better on hot days now and his got the stock ecu and not running rich or anything like that.

These things are sweet My mate has one on his R33 his kept his car pretty original with not even upping the boost and no obvious extra lag is seen which is surprising due to the size of the piping.

I had the same prob ended up being faulty TPS. Had my car plugged up to a console and reset the tps and cleaned the contacts all sweet

well check your brake pads would be a good way to start to see how much meat you got left. maybe you can change to a different brand pad also because some are known to squeal. I use to have dodgy squealing ones then changed to bendix and all good now

Yeah i guess im sensing a pattern. Ive got the nismo front lip also so yeah. Hmm i guess im going to have to get some 2000kg stands. Im not very trustworthy when it comes to getting upder a car with these kind of contraptions is it safe??? I was thinking ramp because obviously looks more sturdy but yeah.

toffy i like ur idea:) cheap oil with sump plug off to clean up. then add new oil. smart boy. Philta your idea is good too but yeah only want to do the oil change once.
