Hey just checking if its safe to use an oil flush product on my car?? Ive got a R33 1996. Just want to do it to try and quiet down lifters as they tick when car cold. Ive thought about wynn oil flush. Ive heard stories it might result in oil leaks. any comments would be helpful.

thats why im after decent ones which arent dodgy, I put bricks everywhere so sliding is minimised and get someone to check its all good.

nah car isnt really low. besides with the use of a plank of wood it would get up there. But yeah want to make sure I buy something decent which wont drop on my head when im changing the oil.

Is it the large red ones or the small black ones??

I had a stuffed up idle plus hunting and yep tps was the problem.

Hey im in the market for a decent car ramp cause it would make servicing sooo much easier. Ive looked around and yeah ive seen some pretty bodgy looking things sold at super cheap. Anyone know of decent ramps they use so you can point me in the right direction. Also how much does a R33 weigh so i know the ramp i buy is strong enough.

Hey tek 1, yeah mine reads usually 2 or just under sometimes. due to the hot weather in sydney oil pressure went to the same as yours between 0 and 2. aslong as its not staying on 2 when your driving it and its not on zero then ur sweet. On idle only a small amount of pressure is needed but when driving yeah has to increase.

I have been told you need to buy the HDMI cables seperate that sucks. Do you know how much that would cost???

Ive gone through psp hacks and have read the guides. Im like god!! How much stuff do you need to do. I think i understand the downgrading to 1.5 covered but how to run emulators,make is 3.03 and run emulators its not that easy.

Yeah well aslong as it works and plays games and doesnt break down on me i dont care what system it is. You have to be some kind of super critic to notice differences in graphics between xbox 360 and ps3

I want HDMI cause my Samsung LCD tv has two AV slots and there already used up with foxtel and my surround sound system. Ive got the HDMI there not used yet so that will be the connector for my game console.

Funny ay ive taken my car to a few of these performance shops when I had idle hunting probs and some other things. I went to the performance shops and i told them whats up and all they kept trying to do is sell me a power fc,do other mods and just cross sell and to diagnose the problem needed the car blah blah blah. Took it my local ultra tune. fixed it all up in 1 hour easy done. no probs at all.

Is this possible?? Is it cheaper than local supply?? Any things to know before doing this??

Yeah ive heard of the new 3.03 upgrade. Ive looked at the instructions to get all up and running and you need to be an IT person to do it.

I dont want HDMI. Just asking if the xbox is a dud and whether its worth buying one as they only have like a 90 day warranty supposedly. I dont want to shed out $1000 bucks for a PS3. Also been told the fan gets loud and annoying also and if red lights appear might aswell throw the xbox away or use it as an expensive paperweight. not to mention overheating.

So far its rumour which has some real value due to leaked pics of the new xbox 360 with the hdmi output at the back. personally id get this if it ever sees the production line.

I need to jump on the homebrew bandwagon im kinda sick of the psp games. Where do i go to find out more bout this stuff?? Like downgrade to 1.5 and where to get homebrew games

Hey guys ive been doing some reading on cnet and it seems the 360 is a dud as heaps of people seems to have probs with freezing,overheating and the "red lights" of death. What is your take?? Also heard there is an xbox 360 version 2 codename zephyr also in the works which will include hdmi. Interesting could this be confirmation version 1 is no good????

Correct me if im wrong but an exposed pod in the engine bay will infact suck in hotter air hence reducing power and with less filtration properties than the stock box even cause damage to the engine by letting in more foreign particles and cause detonation due to increased stress on engine?? What are the opinions on this.

Hey how are we all?? Just wondering I was speaking to a mechanic and was advised that full synthetic oil may be abit too thin for my R33 and for security has said that semi synthetic would be a safe choice. What do you guys think??
