Its adverised for $169,000 I was just doing a search to see how much a 34 gtr goes for at the moment and thats the only one that came up. f....ing nice car, they said in the ad that more than $250,000 has been spent on it! I saw this one in a mag not long ago, said it was the only mines in oz and anything that can be done to a skylines been done to it, even the underside of the thing looks newer than new! shame about the ugly wheels they put on it thats one thing Id definatly change on it as well as change to full leather interior but for me and most of the rest of us its just a dream,if I was a rich man!!

Anyone got one of these they want to unload?

Im just looking into it at the moment and from what Ive been told so far it looks like for about 2k more than ive been qouted to get the 25 and put it in i could put in the 26 and would'nt worry about turbo upgrades etc... and spend the extra cash on the cosmetics of the car, thats if what Ive been told is true which is why i'm asking

Im in williamstown Ive posted another topic asking where to buy a decent engine and had a few PMs from people selling RB26DETTs one of them says its with all the parts for conversion into a 33 GTST what parts are needed and whats involved, Ive searched and posted but still a bit vauge on this

If it stated on ebay that it was sold including warranty try contacting ebay, might not do any good but you never know, I had a bid on a pioneer in dash dvd not long ago and someone who'd bought from the same company with supposed warranty complained and all bids on the units where cancelled by ebay and warnings where posted to anyone who had veiwed or bid on them so it might not help you but might help the next bloke who goes to buy from them, sorry to hear bout that

I need an engine! where can I get one at a decent price?

Yeh I appreciate your advice, Ive driven some fast cars WRX's, BMWs, clubbys etc.. just not many skylines except for mine and my brothers and Im not a young hoon bound to write myself off, my lines fairly stock except for exhaust, filter, clutch so whats that say 150-160kw maybe? if I was going to push it up to say 240-260kw then id definatly change suspension etc...

looks like when I had it serviced some cock jockey forgot to screw the plugs back in, drove fine for about a month and them blew the thread out of no1 burnt the coils and dropped who nows what into the engine, I could pull the head off get it machined put in a hellicoil and put it all back together again but whos to say thats the only problem and then Ive spent more than half the money Id pay for a whole engine replacement so I though wtf not? first I was thinking of the 25/30 build but thats out of budget for me

What mods would you suggest to push it up to around that, thats the kind of figure I was hoping for but didnt really want to have to rebuild ps-thanks for this mate lotta blokes just get on here and treat us newbs like idiots

After buying the engine and getting it in i was looking at spending 6-7k but not in any hurry thats why im on here asking questions, im not planning on draging/drifting or raceing anytime soon I just want a quik car with a nice kw rating something thatll show my mates up in there clubsports and XRs

As youve more than likely allready figured out im pretty new to all this and since im putting in a new engine I just thought Id buy new everything so just went on just jap and nismo and started listing parts and thought might aswell buy the best, what power can you safely push an unopened rb25det to?

Yeh I know its a preety vauge qeustion Im sourceing a new engine taking my time so it will be a good condition engine, for my 33 GTST and stocking up on goodies to add on in the mean time all I want to know is whats the biggest turbo you can use if you change to sard injectors,N1oil pump,N1water pump, high mount manifold, metal head gasket,FMIC,radiator breather,air flow meter,oil cooler,oil catch can,powerfc with boost controller,fuel regulator,bosch fuel pump,BTMBL split front dump and 3" zorst etc etc... but leave the internals stock?

Can you get drilled as well?

Can you get the boost controller add on?

Do you know if they do back seats as well, this is for the stock GTST seats 33?

Just wondering whats the biggest turbo/most boost you can put onto an rb25DET with stock internals?
