anyone come across a "Slude Nizer Engine Cleaning System" Sticker. I've seen 2 now, Usualy on front of the motor next to where the Changed Timing Belt Sticker is. And it Has the date and KM's on it too. Silver with Green Writing. Its done in japan. anyone know anything about it? Cooling or Oil Flusher or what?

any tips when making an airbox to fit around the apexi pod? Materials , dimensions, or anything to take note of? Cheers

I'm just about to do my first service on my R32 GTST since it arrived from japan. The only engine mods it has is a full apexi exhaust. It still has the factory airbox with a nonbrand name filter inside. As an apexi filter to go within the factory box is around $80, i thought i may as well buy an Apexi Pod filter that bolts directly onto the AFM for an extra twenty bucks. The car has factory computer i dont think its had any tuning done. It runs superb, so I didnt want to f**k anything up by adding the pod filter. I'm just asking for peoples thoughts comments or suggestions. Wether Its better i stick to the factory air box, or chuck this pod filter on? And if any tuning needs to be done once the pod filter is on there? Cheers

Yes i did wait for the engine to come up, and I did select FC and FH. Possibly the outside temp reading could be the one affecting it? Its atleast 20 degrees off

The Sensor that goes under neath the 2 horns at the front under the bonnet latch. Its called Outside Temp Sensor, I think it also give the reading for AMB temp. Anyone got one?

I did try that, It didnt get any Hotter or Colder, than what is does on max or min temps. The only thing that looks odd to me is the outside temp reading, but apparently thats not ment to affect the climate control at all? Appreciate your help

The outside temp sensor must be faulty, as it says 35 degrees when its about 12 degrees at night. I cannot locate the sensor? Is it the plug that links with a cable to the top of the A/C bottle?

Its definately Petrol! I got under the car and could trace it back to dripping off one of the lines. I couldnt get back far enough to see wether it was the connection, or the line itself. Is the inspection plate under the spare tyre? Does it look onto the fuel lines or where they connect to the top of the tank? its an R32 not an R dirty pee

I had not driven my car in about 6 Months, Petrol tank was almost empty. Took it to the servo just down the road put $50.00 bucks premo in it and drove home. Put it in my driveway and left it idleing for about 10 minutes while I cleaned some stuff out of it. It was pretty cold outside and a tiny bit of water on the end of the muffler so it was steaming off. I looked under the car and just under the petrol tank there was 3 puddles of what smelled to be petrol, mixed with a bit of dust and dirt. I could see it had leaked from the somewhere on the top of the petrol tank. There is like a little ledge near the top of the petrol tank and it seemed to be leaking off that ledge, In the back Left corner, Back Right, and In about the center at the front of the tank. There is kind of drain holes in the ledge too, one on each corner. They were leaking in and around those little holes, and near the little rubber peice. I have never noticed this before, Does anyone know why?

My air con doesnt blow COLD and the heater only blows slightly WARM. I enter the test mode and get 25 (In my shed at night) Flashes 3 for a few seconds then 30. (Is 30 Right?) Outside 35.5 , This is too high?? Inside 18, air intake 17 refrigant temp 15.5 Any ideas? The only problem I can see is that 35 degrees outside is totaly wrong? I would have thought that the Aircon Would probably more seeing as though it thinks its so hot outside?

I have a 1990 Model R32. The Air Con does NOT get very cold at all. I assumed it will just need regassing. However I then thought it may not be the problem because strangely the HEAT does NOT get hot at all, just slightly warm. What i'm trying to find out is, if the air con needs regassing does it usualy affect the Heat at all?? OR am I experiencing a different Problem???? I also noticed when I click on that AMB button it reads a VERY high temp, Usualy between 34 and 45 Degrees. What is this AMB reading telling me? Outside temp or Inside temp?? Either way it must be way off and that could be causing the problem?? Any help welcome!!

I have a R32 GTST with an RB20DET. Its the first time I have been under the hood and notice 2 noises. The very slight ticking, and also a slight rattle when I put my head close to the block. I'm normaly used to my hilux that doesnt make a sound, Are slight ticks and rattles normal out of these RB20 ENGINES, I was worried for a second the rattle was a big end bearing etc, however oil pressure and everything is fine and motor runs very well. Any comments??

I purchased a boss kit for my 1990 R32 with Hicas. Its not a hicas boss kit.... so what does that mean for the Hicas?? Will it go crazy? Or just not work at all??? I DONT care what the hicas light does, I DO care what the wheels do!!! I'm sure many others have exsperienced this... any comments or suggestions , opinions...???

I have a 90model skyline with hicas. I am installin a nardi wheel, so I purchased a boss kit online (not a specific hicas one) and i want to know if its NOT a hicas boss kit will it cause problems? I'd be happy if the hicas just didnt work, but I dont want it to go mental or something? Im sure someone has encounterd this before. Cheers
