  2. I complied a few cars and all we did was tap a thread into a structural part and bolt a hook into it. then again they already had allowances for mounts on the chassis. Depends if you ahve to reinforce the area. Ask your compliancer, they should know. fuck off. you're going full retard if you waste a cent on an N/A R33. Everything you spend on it should be unboltable when you want to resell it (and you will, no one ever gets attached to an N/A R33). This means no respray, and no pulled guards. Stop wasting money, and living pipe dreams.

  14. V36 with VK swap: been done a few times. there's a V35 with a supercharged VK in pro drift in the US. The idea is to end up with something like this though: production racing rules in VIC say you're allowed to run any engine in your car as long as its from the same manufacturer. 5.6L V8 Nissan whut?

  16. one of the guys at hallam nissan parts owes me a few favours, so he hooked me up. ordered it on the workshop's trade account. to be honest i didn't think i'd get one till the end of the year, so dunno how he managed to get one already. maybe its one of the ones out of the test cars they're trialling now. no idea what price it is, i just told him to get me one asap lol. nowhere near ready to spend money on the track car yet, so might hold off on it... at least until i figure out how i'm gonna run the engine etc. we've done an LS1 swap into an S13 and a VH swap into an r32, so VK into s14 should be fun. If my calculations are right it should sit between and behind the strut towers, which means all the weight of the car will be between the wheelbase.

  18. you could just replace the wastegate actuator with an aftermarket one and run constant higher boost if that's all you want to achieve. much safer, and undefectable. i mean, who are we kidding, you're gonna wind up the boost, get it tuned to that boost level to make max power, and then forget about it until you get pulled over and dicked for having a boost controller that's bright pink or whatever lebo colours they come in these days.

  20. did you get the lady's numberplates? go to the cops, and say "this car with this plate, hit this car with this plate". they should be able to contact the lady by running her plates. obviously leave your details cos she'll need you as a witness.
