what on earth is a CIN? he's got an R34 GTR, which means its complied under RAWS, which is a federally recognised compliancy scheme, unlike the state based one in place for shitty old 15 year bangers. you shouldn't have any problems registering the car in VIC if it has a compliance sticker and VIN number on the chassis. RWC has to be VIC issued, not from NSW so there's no point. you'll need a day permit in both NSW and VIC to drive the car down as one will not cover you in both states.

you can buy the cheap one from justjap (or maybe even monkey warehouse), but they don't follow the shape of the driveshaft tunnel too well... its almost like a generic product for all nissans. or you can get a Do-Luck one from japan and they fit like a glove, just enough space to slide the carpet under it.
