  1. yeah the heater element kinda screws it up.
  2. yeah but the original one has the province (SWAT is divided up into regions) across the bottom. The logical thing to do would be to put australia on it... or Australia in japanese... ie オーストラリア. It'd look kinda retarded if a bunch of aussies rolled around with SWAT Kyushu stickers.
  3. have baseball bat. will roll.
  4. if your R32's been imported recently then the aircon would have been degassed to get thru australian customs (R12 gas being illegal in the country). You'll most likely have to have the system converted to R134A and then recharged so that it works. quick check is to locate your coolant canister (in front of the radiator) and check the indicator on it to see if its full or not.
  5. hehe that's why I bought a motorbike to ride to the station. and if I'm late I ride to work. the SE freeway's so much quicker on a bike in the morning rush hour. wouldn't even dream of parkin the 32 at dandy station.
  6. we've got a couple in the workshop... but we're in melb :\
  7. looks like an R32 GTSt kinda obvious
  8. try skylineowners.com, UK based skyline forum. they have a couple of guys with imported V35's.
  9. no no, i mean you can put up a thread in the group buy section if you'd like to advertise the sticker kits.
  10. interesting.. that would be a patch remedy though... i'd rather sort the problem out. definitely will look into buying one of those if I can't sort this out buy changing OEM parts etc.
  11. he can't sell them on here, but you can organise a group buy. that is what this is after all.
  12. 19's are harder to get under the guards with the right offset as the tyres are so low profile.
  13. it looks ghetto if you ask me. i'd expect a car sporting pop rivets to be painted in aerosol paint.
  14. used to have an R32 GTR... sold that... got an R32 GTS4 now with a GTR gearbox and GTS4 gears. current car count is down to a respectable 3
  15. richard... really? I've always used dexron 3 in the attesa... any harm in using it over nissan matic d? yeah was considering trying redline, n seeing how it does. strange thing is I used to run the same oil in my old GTR and it didn't get that hot. BHDave: cruise mixtures are around stoich, and exhaust isn't resting against the gearbox. no slip in attesa, same sized stock R32 GTR wheels front and back with the same sized tyres at the same pressure.
  16. valid point... will try and get that pointing to the subforum.
  17. uhh i dunno if you should have that URL as long and hard to remember as it is... maybe just use www.stageasaustralia.com
  18. I was replying to the second part of his question
  19. we usually grind the rear quarter back to metal, then use 3M Automix to adhere the fibreglass directly with the exposed metal... reinforce by drilling and resining through so that the overfender doesn't move around and cause hairline cracks in the paint a couple of years down the track. If the fender allows for it we may pop rivet as well for additional reinforcement, but not where the rivet has to be covered by filler to hide it, as a couple of years down the track the filler tends to shrink around the rivets and show dimples. 3M Website for Automix
  20. for the love of god learn how to use the enter key
  21. nice! right along the beach and summer should be still around when you guys are here... maybe we could organise another beach road cruise to start or end where you guys are.
  22. TV? people still watch that? http://www.newtorrents.info/search/Top%20Gear
  23. plate? you mean the rubber thing that goes around the gearstick and the metal ring/bracket that holds it down?
  24. hmmm i got defected for worn tyres as well ages ago... my fault, I kinda tried to squeeze every dollar out of my tyres... but I didn't get a fine, just need to get a RWC. new tyres and a $50 RWC n i was good to go.
