  1. in for shenanigans. will also be there this coming weekend on saturday from 3pm to 11pm.
  2. haha i love how when you alter the depth on factory wheels it pulls the spokes in and makes em look god awful. playin on 1680x1050 as well... i'm surprised how good the graphics look once you turn all the detail on and antialias it. trying to get midnight purple 3 paint looking right, but it's flipping all wrong after getting all the shiz heavily modded, i couldn't do any of the tight tracks with barricades and no runoff, i'm constantly hitting sides... so I had to get a stage 2 modded 180sx to do those tracks in. blows.
  3. $100 + pickup from wherever you are? you can keep the game, faceplate and memory card.
  4. actually your cheapest possible way to get more noise out of your induction would be to remove the factory resonator that connects to your airbox.
  5. hehe that's what you get for askin technical questions on a sunday. your best bet is to get a metal pipe to go between your turbo and your AFM (otherwise known as a dose pipe around thomastown). it'll amplify the volume of the air induction and any pressure variations (flutter etc) that your system will have. i've got a twin plate clutch, which lets the world know when I'm changing gears... usually followed by them looking at my car as if something fell off.
  6. the SAU wiki got broked during the server upgrade I think... we've been maintaining that wiki for a while... will ahve to get onto PranK to get that back up.
  7. have one of your mates sit in the passenger seat and give him one of these Have him go "zu-tu-tu-tu-tu" every time you change gear.
  8. you are "sitting" in these seats right? that's a lot of damage.
  9. ebay? let the people decide how much its worth. i don't get people who sell numberplates for more than they're worth either... but hey, if there wasn't an idiot somewhere willing to buy em, no one would sell em.
  10. hahaha vic.... my R34 GTR is matte black... oh yeah... giggity giggity. All my cars are matte black... f**k TCS n all that crap is shit... you can't corner properly while on boost and give it a squeeze of nitrous without the TCS going "danger to manifold and directing you into the nearest wall. what do you use the clutch in teh drags for? launches? I've only ever used the clutch for drift to clutch kick the car. I'm still using a civic for drag, s15 for drift, r34 for grip and a 350z for high speed shit. I should probably sell the civic and get a 180sx for drags... keep it in the family. Ryan Cooper is a fag.
  11. yeah i noticed every time i put mismatched wheels front n back on my GTS4, my mates IS300 gets all retarded. its ATTESA people. two T's, one S, no L's!
  12. just use bumper black on it. looks tough.
  13. just the fan button (press repeatedly to control the speed)... if you press anything else it goes back to climate control mode and pwn's your ass.
  14. the problem that the R32 owners in canada face is that their headlights need to be DOT approved to register the car (sorta like our ADR's that our cars are complied to meet)... its an american standard, and as the R32 was never sold in the US it doesn't have that marking on the headlight. Also the angle of the light is slanted so that it doesn't glare onto oncoming drivers on the right... but in canada the oncoming drivers are on the left... again... sucks to be attached to the US. so unfortunately you HAVE to change your headlights to something DOT approved like ghey honda lights, or S14 240SX headlights or something like that if you wanna keep your car legal. There's a company now that makes Garage Infini style lights over there, which kinda solves the problem. At least the R33's ahve plastic headlights, so changing em to comply with DOT regs will be easy as.
  15. ahhh lol makes sense.
  16. to disable climate control on the R32 is easy. you hold down the hot or cold button until it maxes out (ie.. 18 or 32) then it'll hit FC (forced cold or f**kin cold, whichever you prefer) or FH (forced heat or f**kin hot). Then you can use the fan button to vary the speed of the fan as it auto defaults to full fan speed too. if you just want the fan to go on and not engage the climate control, then switch it off (nothing on the screen) then press the fan button. It'll turn just the fan on and blow whatever's outside thru or cycle whatever's inside. you'll also notice that if you don't turn anything on, a steady stream of air trickles through. if you want to turn it off, then while its off, just press the recirculate button, and there'll be no air movement at all thru the system. hope that helps... if your climate control isn't workin properly then its most likely that flap... sometimes its easy to fix yourself if its just jammed... I might post a DIY on how to lubricate/clean the lever assembly. I gotta clean my aircon filter this weekend.
  17. lol chameleon is so 1998 sydney style. unless of couse its Midnight Purple 3... which is porn. MP1 & 2 were just straight pearls.
  18. or an ebay account http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...em=320180032411
  19. demo? full version came out a couple of days ago.
  20. i used to be pretty active in the NA section when i had a gts and an ae86, now that i've sold both I don't really come in here to clean stuff up. I rection Eug could be a good candidate.
  21. your postman delivers on a saturday?
  22. a hollow tube tapered to a narrow inlet with no filtration whatsoever will give yout he loudest noise. you have an N/A, you won't get any noticeable induction noise unless you use a shithouse pod that has horrible gaps in it that makes a noise as air goes thru it.
  23. i'm sure shcumaker chucked a hissy fit too when ferrari told him he had to use flappy paddles on his "auto" F1 car. harden the f**k up.
  24. here's a couple of examples of where a stretched tyre is practical: From the US: From Adelaide: Here's an example of a "drift style" car with a 4wd ride height remember kids, stretched tyre and gap between wheel and car or 4WD style ride height = punch in the c**t. Do it properly or don't do it at all.
