  1. sweet! I just got these for my R32 dash remould
  2. add $2000 to your budget and you can get a 1993 - 1995 R33 GTSt fresh from japan. or $1000 more and you should be able to get a R33 GTS. I'd shop on ebay if I were you... there's some pretty bizzare bargain imports on there from time to time.
  3. i know... track car held together by zipties and 2by4 ftw.
  4. http://www.us.playstation.com/PS3/Network/...200_update.html new PS3 ver 2.0 firmware update... lol only a matter of time before Sony decided to stamp out all the exploits. This is gonna be like the PSP again with an update each week as soon as someone discovers an exploit.
  5. fark me drunk tho... the smellsior's boot was huuuge when we had it... looks tiny now with all the false panels and gear in it.
  6. oh noes... my junk mail route!
  7. take off the valueable parts, conveniently "dump it", let it go thru stolen and recovered auctions, buy it legally for a lot less than the complete car would cost, then put the stolen parts back on. voila... complete car. hell the owner could be in on it too, insurance scam etc. who knows what the circumstances are.
  8. hey hey that's the old J-Spec "Smellsior" beast... lol ahh the propositions we got while rolling mad deep in it. good to see it still looking gangster.

    R32 Vs R35

pfft... that's old hat... these days e-wars are fought over R35's n R34's.
  10. not exactly revolutionary... you'll have to match or better rates that other ex-pats offer... and rinkya. the margins are so low these days its usually not worth the headaches.
  11. stagea narkeh... do it. or better yet, a legnum (true kiwi styles lol) or an aristo, now that you're an old bastard.
  12. woot for 2003 account woot woot for japanese citibank credit card
  13. quick question... I have a bonnet in japan that I need to get down to melbourne/sydney. could I pay you to share a spot in your container?

    R32 Vs R35

Hey... I didn't call your car fat. But now that you mention it my analogy was about the handling of an R33 GTSt compared to an R32 and R33 GTR. Think of it as sibling rivalry All in good humour.
  15. http://www.datacal.com/custom-overlays.htm
  16. should be able to pick up a CA18DE auto silvia for that in pretty good condition. I'd expect panels to fall off an R32 at that price... or be incomplete, crash damaged, dredged from the bottom of a lake, etc.
  17. did you not have insurance? at least your headlights look OK, that's the most expensive and hard to find part.
  18. used the photo chris posted from left to right... top row: button 1: Guide button 2: 2 Screen (Split Screen?) button 3: Bird View (Bird's Eye View?) button 4: Vehicle Information button 5: Map button 6: Menu bottom row: button 1: Image Quality button 2: TV button 3: Detail (Zoom In?) button 4: Wide Area (Zoom Out?) button 5: Back Dunno what it says on the joystick, I can't see it properly
  19. its getting more and more frequent now... or maybe I'm just spending more time on the forums.
  20. hahaa cocklover strikes again! its a jigsaw paintjob... teh new ricer cool.
  21. west... bring your psp over, i'll crack it for you and load up some games as well... free.
  22. give me a high res photo showing the letters clearly on the buttons and I can translate it for you, then you could get them made up
  23. on average due to the excellent exchange rate you stand to save about $8000 on an R34 GTR.. the more expensive the car, the more you save basically. Its not because the price of R34's in japan are devaluing rapidly. Also keep in mind that the new exchange rates also sees some cars fall short of the luxury car tax, where they wouldn't have previously.
  24. try pming Laurence on the forum... he's in japan and does purchases from shops and auctions in japan.
