  1. dunno if removing the front reo is such a good idea, as its there to absorb hits so your chassis doesn't bare the brunt of a frontal. but other than that that list sounds awesome way of goin about it. how far you wanna go really depends on how much of a daily drivable street car you wanna keep it. I've found factory GTR rims to be the best value for money, as they're about 6 or 7 kgs a corner and really cheap compared to wheels sold as lightweight rims.
  2. high revs are for small displacement honda's... see if you can make more torque out of the RB25 down low in the RPM. But if you want to rev higher you'll need to remove the rev limiter on the ECU using either a cut defender or a modded ECU. You'll also have to make sure your engine and cooling can support higher revs.
  3. yeah I got rid of the 255's after they started doin exactly that... maybe the sidewalls of the tyres I used weren't strong enough. the 245's I've got are Falken FK-451, dunno how much I paid for em tho, been a while since I got em. They're a common size on older HSV Commy's etc so most tyre shops have em in stock at some branch or other in various brands.
  4. will ask teh guys at driftline if they wanna sponsor... can you run a banner on your car? they might be entering a car too...
  5. they're not always expensive... that said if you were to approach a shock specialist like peddars or munro with those part numbers I'm sure they could offer you a equivalent model.
  6. I used to run 255/45/16 on mine, but now I run 245/45/16 as its a more common size and cheaper. The difference in rolling diameter is negligible. 225/50/16's sit square with the rim.
  7. you'll need R33 GTR or WGNC34 Stagea front hubs (I'd go with the stagea ones if you're on a budget). For rears you can use R33 GTSt, or Z32 stuff.
  8. didn't he sell up his cars n get into home renovations or something like that?
  9. wow... and nismo sell em new for $40. I'd bet Nissan spares, JDM Concept or Slide can get em cheaper than $90. The late model keys are still in production (S15, R34 etc) the early model ones have stopped. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/t172031.html and http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/t175981.html
  10. you mean this ford beast?
  11. autech make keys for R32 skylines/cefiros/stageas/s13 silvia's too... standard r34 gtr keys are kinda nice too... you can order them from nissan how bout a GT-R keyring? otherwise if you wanna cheap out... then grab a Z32 300ZX style key from the US thru ebay and get them to cut it using your car's unique key code
  12. omg bozz, sam and andrew in the same thread... all we need is meggala back to make this picture complete. btw sammeh, the link in your sig doesn't work
  13. so when you get pulled up they let you go with no hassles then? thats not too bad.
  14. afaik obasan are a type of rider who cuts erratically n shit... kinda like the hoons of the pedalling community in japan.
  15. lol f**k that off for a joke install MSIE 6. Took me days to uninstall the bitch without breaking XP.
  16. lol and who's the one with the neons and other "look at me" parts?
  17. genuine GTR parts, nissan spare parts dept can help you rebuild an entire car. theres heaaaaps of secondhand spares for r32 too.
  18. bulger? where? i didn't see any rainbows n pots of gold on SAU.
  19. if you're in australia parts for skylines are no rarer than any other locally delivered japanese car. Nissan has local stock of most of the parts, esp R32 GTR's as they were sold locally... if they don't it can be ordered in from japan through them. Most times its cheaper and quicker to order them thru after market dealers as Nissan puts a bit of a margin on imported parts.
  20. In VIC the police are entitled to come into a private property as long as there is no gate or door they have to open to get in... if there is then they'd need a warrant or sufficient evidence that its necessary. So they can come into your driveway, or walk into a carpark.
  21. that "wide mouth" vertex looks exactly the same as my Aeromaster vertex copy that some company in QLD pulled a mould off (think they're out of business now). Didn't have to modify the reo to fit it.
  22. lol i own a ceffy too. well the R31 brought the NICS RB engine around, along with the 200ZR Z31... then the ceffy's got an improved version (sorta like an R31 RB20DET with ECCS)... then the R32's got an improved version of the ceffy engine.
  23. yeah complete kit... all 9 pieces. not separating.

meh, private website run by a Korean dude. doubt it has anything to do with Nissan.
  25. your cefiro wouldn't have an RB20 then... you'd have to do with a CA18i or some shit like that.
