  1. hey nick, are these a 2 piece or 3 piece rim?
  2. shipping from NZ's dirt cheap... almost the same as shipping stuff from east coast ot west coast of oz. I got some late model cef taillights from there not too long ago. Stuck a strawberry up your bare arse? I dunno... you tell us?

    Carz

    dibs on torching it.
  4. Those of you guys who have received your packages, can you tell me if the packaging was adequate? I've been toying with the idea or putting a piece of cardboard in to make sure the mags don't bend etc...
  5. no worries, will send it off tomorrow.
  6. i'm at kmart shops pretty much every night cos i go to the video ezy to hire dvd's to um... make backups of god bless the dvd unlimited plan. Its not that bad on a thursday night cos everyone goes elsewhere for late night shopping. Nice place tho... there's a bottlo, cheap pizza, video shop, nando's and a coles. Everything you need for a good night in.
  7. only if it matches your handbag
  8. I read in an option mag a guy used the throttles off an L28 kit and mated it up to some mikuni's. It'd be well cheaper in oz to use webers.
  9. rofl... yup, that's why there's 2 different chassis designations from nissan, and a big arse curve in the rails of the AWD versions for the front driveshafts to clear... but you seem to know what you're talking about... so maybe you should try it n tell us how you go Drift or sprint or even paddock bashing, its still a waste of time.
  10. meh, i got a fine about a year after the incident cos they had the wrong address on file. why do you ask?
  11. listen to what this man has to say. A GTR or GTS4 AWD chassis is completely different to a RWD chassis. Which means the crossmember is differnt and the rails are different. This means you'll have to change crossmembers, source front hubs etc and a whole lot of rubbish. We get offered R32 and R33 GTSt wrecks all the time from guys who stack their cars drifting and accidents... its really not that hard to pick up a repairable shell these days. Keep it simple, and save yourself the hassles. Sure the GTR look is tough, but is it worth the hassle, when you can get fibreglass guards that achieve the same look on a GTSt for much less effort?
  12. damn... someone did to the RB25 what I wanted to do to my RB20DE GTS.
  13. well the j-spec crew usually have poker nights on thursday nights... i could try n convince em to come get dinner instead at Sofia's or wherever on thursday night and whoever wants to come join us is more than welcome to. lol ozhonda... I grew up with wynode... went to school with him n stuff... is he still running that forum?
  14. living in dandy now I'll probably use Princes more often to get to work or chaddy or even a night out... had the local constabulary pull me up a couple of weeks ago on Princes to do a "random breath test" and let me know that they might defect my car depending on how modified it is... Anyways, I was polite to them and they were polite back to me, and just told me to be aware that they were doing some blitz on street racers etc in the area and possibly use alternate routes if I didn't wanna be hassled because of the car I drive. I guess being on your full license and being sensible instead of a "you want some of this?" attitude helps. He did tell me to change my steering wheel though, and that "the stock R32 GTR one looks quite nice, i dunno why you'd want an aftermarket one"... lol smartarse... if only he knew how rare a stock leather steering wheel that dosen't look like a dog's breakfast is.
  15. you guys are the biggest sellouts ever... next thing you know your R33 GTSt's will be rocking prada and D&G interior trim. meanwhile... i'm off to go ziptie my LED underbody lights on... coz apparently the chicks that do chap laps love it.
  16. if you don't talk about VTEC we won't bite Pescare has an outdoor area
  17. it looks like a VL or VN commonwhore.
  18. Nice one! lol you backyard pirates in NZ have it good. I only wish we could find cefrio's for $1800... mind you an RB20E cef is probably never gonna make it into australia, as it costs as much as importing a RB20DET one.
  19. anyone else notice how similar snowball looks to the crazy frog?

    EXACTLY what I was thinkin!
  21. how about a thursday night? they're usually not that busy and the carpark's relatively empty. Worst case scenario we could all pack inside Rock Kung
  22. ooo ooo that sounds like it could be exactly what I'm looking for. thanks mate!
  23. EBC's are out of stock across the country (the only ones left are those in the stores in some Jaycar branches). Apparently a chip that's required for the kit to work isn't available. The items have been backordered, and I'll send em out as soon as they come into stock which I've been told is end of Jan. In the meantime I figured you guys would wanna get started on your handcontrollers etc, so I've sent them out.
  24. eww s13 frontend looks like arse on a cef... it dips too much in the fornt, which is OK for a coupe, but on a chunky sedan looks wierd.
