The Foria concept is being marketed by Nissan as a LUXURY sports coupe... something the silvia's never been. I'd love to see the common silvia driving public get into the spirit of designer fabric on their trim etc. Think some seppos are just miffed that they didn't get the S15 with a truck engine and as a result are clutching at straws. They're even gonna take the GTR to the US as a Neeeeeesaaahn, coz its cool to drive a JDM tyte car yo. Man... rumours these days are getting a little silly. Back in the day they were actually plausible rumours. Compliance by a RAW and SEVS is a national legislation, so if you can bring one car in into VIC then you can bring that very same car into QLD. I don't see why QLD registry wouldn't allow you to register a car with the correct paperwork etc, unless the registrant had restrictions on his license etc that stopped him from doing so. 1988 and old cars however do not go through the national scheme and as such is up to the discrepancy of the engineer/registration authority of each state.

From the looks of it they've modified the rear of it, because the M-Sports kit that I was looking at buying (from M-Sports) had a really hideous JGTC style rear end which looked very silly on a street car.

Haven't had time to scan the pages yet, but just a heads up that this month's Drift Tengoku/DoriTen (Drift Heaven) features a WGNC34 with a roof caddy thingamabob and a fully sick drift kit painted yellow drifting using what I think is an ATESSA controller. Its part of this months special on "unusal cars that are used for competitive drifting" including AWD Celica's with the frotn driveshafts taken out, MR2's, Civics and a Mustang... with the Stooge being given centre stage. Will have scans shortly.

just got home... was very good birthday. will be meeting up for dinner/drinks with some good friends on saturday and then maybe go to some club (r&b hip hop... so either seven near Albert Park or Billboards near Chinatown)... you guys are more than welcome to come join. This year's been a strange one. lots of very big decisions made in my life. resulting in me buying a house in dandenong.... following moving to Sydney for 3 months to be with my parents. In the end I've decided that even though I grew up in Sydney and all... Melbourne is where my heart is. Its where I belong... and its my hood. You guys have been a very big part of making me feel like I belong here... So I'm here to stay. Thank you all for being part of this decision.
