technically as far as DOTARS knows "Autech" is a spec of S15, which is why the Autech N/A's are listed as a variant on the regular S15's sneaky sneaky

If its the Advan Trispokes you've got, its just a red clear coat. take it to a paint shop and get em to redo the clear coat.

Did you see any of these on the corner?

Witihin the curry community, esp the older generation, they make quite clear distinctions based on which part of the subcontinent you're from. So like for a lankan guy to go out with and indian girl is frowned upon by some parents. Which is totally narrow minded and bollocks... sometimes you think they don't realise that to the rest of the world they all look the same.
-
they don't look tooo bad with a kit on though... or if they're in a nice colour instead of silver and refrigerator white but yeah... paddle shifters rock wonder if you can transplant the whole thing into a coupe?
-
I swear everytime I drive your old RX7 I think I'm gonna kill myself in it. What is it with your monsters? Glad to hear you all walked away from it. RIP what looks like a very sweet car. But yeah, I can imagine the media having a field day on this one.

nice extractors, a good exhaust and an 8 speed paddle shift on the CVT, will have you feeling like you're driving an F1 car (just the way it sound when goin thru the gears). Once they get to that sweet spot, the CVT just maintains it, and the car keeps pulling and pulling and pulling... when you put your foot down it's always at the optimal RPM. Sooo awesome to drive... shame they don't do em in a coupe... I'd be tempted to buy a 350GT coupe if it came in a GT8 spec.

Sif get an arranged marriage in this day and age. although it seems to work for some people... but then I know guys who are absolute manwhores all their lives, or manic druggo's, who agree to the whole arranged marriage thing, and I sorta feel sorry for the girls who don't know anything about em cept all the crap their parents have talked up of em. And vice versa, I know women who are looser than a school corridor who get hitched to guys and do the whole innocent girl act to have a good life.

religions are fine, they all say the same shit... be nice to each other, don't f**k your neighbour's wife, don't steal and in general be a tosspot to others. its the interpretations of religion by people that shit me up the wall.

usually under the cover behind the steering wheel on the left hand side.

OK this is getting silly, we know you're new, and that you're keen on finding the right car for you etc. But please do a search before you post up some of these threads. HICAS has been covered to death on this forum... installation, explanation, removal and bypass.

You can't import regular N/A S15's (and they weren't sold locally)... BUT you can import Autech tuned N/A S15's. Which come with the Autech SR20DE which makes about 175hp. I wouldn't say they're much more faster than an R34. They cost about $23,000 and more landed and complied (plus rego costs etc).. although they're quite rare at that end of the price range. They're lighter than an R34 N/A, but the R34 has a 2.5L engine that puts out about the same power. http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/7508 http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/7507 http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/7506 http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/7505 http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/7504 You can also import a S15 Varietta (convertible), but you won't be able to afford one (going by the budget you gave in your other thread). Locally sold S15 turbo's are around the same price as the Autech N/A's but they're turbos n not good for P platers like you.

$20 000, What Would You Buy ?
funkymonkey replied to GTR Power's topic in General Automotive Discussion
no no that's not the price... "240K" is the model name of the car. It was sold in Australia as a "datsun 240K". Trust me, you don't want one of those... if you wanna get a 240K and build a replica you might as well buy an AE86 Sprinter. They're all rust buckets the ones in oz. Any of the older GTR's you have to import from japan, and you can't afford them on a 20k budget. -
race cars aren't supposed to look good. go the RX7, they're cheap as chips and easy to get in japan with some serious mods, everyone knows how to work on em etc.

desolder it from the board? bridge the connections with a resistor equivalent to the beeper. should fix the problem and make sure the rest of the gear keeps working as it should. failing that I suggest earplugs or a loud stereo playing music at the same BPM as the beeper. I'm sure marsss can hook you up with the tunes.

was just talking to some of the fellas here about that meet you guys had in the UK. 108 is an awesome effort. the skyline owners here are too lazy to rock up at the same time on the same day lol. but imagine if all the ones in sydney or melbourne got together... i'm sure there's at least 5 on my street. You guys must have a tight knit community up there in the UK.
