Its just a stock ECU with some tweaks to suit your car (might be something as simple as a speed limit removal or fuel cut removal or it could be a whole new fuel map). Anyways, you'll need a full retune if you're goin with those mods to get the most out of them. If its retunable, and you can find someone to do it, use that. Otherwise turf it and get a PFC. The only time I can think of where you'd need emissions data was if you were compliancing the car to meet Australian standards. In which case the data would be available from someone who provides RAWS (compliance workshops) with the necessary data to comply a test vehicle in order to get their compliance. try http://www.raws.com.au/Packages.asp They're not gonna give you this information for free, but it'll have all the info you need. Maybe organise a deal with them for just the emissions data (and not the impact testing and other ADR compliance data). You're from Finland aren't you?

Just picked up the car, and works like a charm. Ended up getting a brand new Bosch BXN1231 fitted for $400 from High Auto Electrical Service (27 Hope St Ermington 2115 NSW... 02 9874 4135). The BXN1231 is what came on late model VL's and R31's, the earlier models came with the same Hitachi LR180705B... which is the same as the one on the cef. So it wasn't much hassle to change to the Bosch one, which comes with a one year australia wide warranty. Urgh. Old man's insistance on fitting brand new parts as replacement sometimes amazes me. If it was me I'd have just chucked in a secondhand R31 unit for $50 in the backyard with a 12mm.

you can get rear guard skins for R32's that go on top of factory ones that make it look identical to GTRs. the only reason I'd make a GTS4 the same as a GTR was if it was a 4 door... so you had a GTR sedan. throw in an auto gearbox and you'll have em all stumped.
