in other news, I think I've convinced steve to buy a Cefiro after givin him a ride in my old man's one except make sure you get one without the floaty suspension that gives you sea sickness. oh and... that is all.

Who would have thought your pimp hand wouldn't have been strong enough to save you later that night from a wager that now has you banned for 24 hours. Speaking of which, remind me to ban your pasty white ass for 24 hours.

Dunno why you'd use something like the prehistoric castiron VH block when you can use a lighter all-alloy VK56DE the titan engine with a nismo supercharger would be the way to go if you wanted to keep it in the family... expensive compared to an LS1, but definitely sweet. god I want one to jam into a Nissan Gloria or some sweet little sedan/cruiser.

god/fate/elvis/salma hyek is telling you devinely that you should make your car faster.

Which Is A Rev Happy Engine?
funkymonkey replied to sloutch's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
you need to get one of them F1 engines... they rev to ungodly RPM's, and they stay there all day too. -
now the question has to be asked... was the owner of the House plastered and blind drunk with beer drenched top and all by the end of the night? He's a bit of a party animal that one.

you pipe down beyatch... our cars are closer to a GTR than yours.

Tell you what... find the cheapest one locally, then give us a call, and we'll see if we can find you a cheaper one. Provided you're prepared to wait to have the car imported for you. That said, you can't get any more modified 15 year old clunkers on the cheap other than locally (and the locals have wised up to this fact and bumped up the prices of the clunkers), but then with the price of compliance you can get a nice, newer standard one for pretty much the same price.

stagea engine would be worth shit-f**k-all and the rest of the gear out of a half cut is useless to a GTS4 owner. You can buy em for just about the same price as a regular RB25DET.... hence why I was looking at the conversion. think about it... if you can LAND a stagea for $7000 now, imagine how much 1/3rd of its worth. The conversion itself isn't that hard. If you have a manual GTS4 all you do is change the ECU to something like a wolf to work with the engine, the rest of the gear bolts up. You also need to change the final gear ratio of the gearbox and the rear diff ratio to match the engine, or change the diff in the engine to the GTS4 one (much better solution since the auto Stagea has a god awful diff ratio). Personally I decided against it after driving my GTS4 with a HKS2530 strapped onto the RB20 And if I get bored I'll just stroke the RB20 to an RB24 using an off the shelf kit. Engine management is so much easier that way.

OK I might have deviated a little from why I want to get a 250cc bike/scooter personally, just to show you guys the cool mods you can do on the scooters. But the end goal isn't to go fast, or to take curves etc. Its to have a fun, comfortable ride to and from work, in the daytime, in traffic. I have an R32 and a track car and an understanding woman to unleash my testosterone on. The big scooters have regular motorbike spec brakes, the handling may be a little awkward, but a lot of people around the world seem to be of the belief that feet first riding is far safer and stable than a regular crouched motorbike configuration. At the end of the day its cheaper to just buy a 250cc bike, due to the cut throat prices you can buy em at, but a 250cc scooter's not that different... and when guys in australia think of scooters they seem to associate them with dinky lil vespas and other gayeties that have sub 100cc engines. These are pretty much the VIP Lexus LS400's, Infiniti Q45/President and Chrysler 300C's of the motorbike world.

Rezzeh, thank god you saw this thread... well the reason I posted this thread was because so far I hadn't met ANYONE in australia who had even heard of this stuff. Like no one's even mentioned it as a passing joke. Eeeeevery monkey's heard of customised choppers, but no one's ever heard of customised japanese cruisers. And its not like guys here don't have access to the base models to start modding them either... they're in almost every motorbike dealership at the back because no one wants em. Seriously scooter is a bad name for these bikes, they're like cruisers. Hell even BMW and Buell are starting to release copies of these japanese big scooters.

oh i also forgot to mention... There's also a 400cc version... which is the one you'd get if you wanted to do the performance mods. The 250cc's are simple lil rice buckets. You guys have to think outside the square... being sheltered in your textbook sexuality world of Australian motoring trends you guys don't seem open to some of the cool shizzle out there in the world. I mean... if you think this stuff is gay, explain to me the whole point of Choppers and why everyone's gone ga-ga over american bikes with stupidly long forks and retarded seating configurations over a frame that's welded together in a workshop. Is it coz its cool because cable TV said so?

Is it an A, B or a C Type, and if its a C, is it an F Package? lol sounds cryptic I know, but it should make sense to a Celsior owner.

The Majesty has a 250cc 4stroke engine, and can do 110km/h comfortably. Its the same engine that comes in the 250cc Yamaha motorbikes. You can readily get bolt on turbocharger and nitrous kits for these suckers... but then that goes against the point of having an economical commuter that has a lil eyecandy. Provided you bling it out nicely, they must surely enhance the strenght of your pimp hand. You can even get longer handlebars so you can ride the thing chopper style... and a backrest for the seat so you can get your gangster lean on. Turbocharger: Nitrous:

yeah might have a few issues negociating shallow puddles, but I think its being built for track/drag use. I can't seem to find any more info about the car, just found pics only... but I'll keep looking.

the LS1 engines a shade lighter than the RB25DET, so its not like you're putting in a big heavy donk.

lebanese and aborigines in australia are racially isolated almost every time some crime revolves around em.
