  1. it used to be regular doxx... then someone went and watched gladiator (omg... we've been on this forum since like when gladiator came out).
  2. QLD... home of the new age goldrush.
  3. All of japan and asia seem to think otherwise I think my local electronics boutique shop has sold more Xbox (not 360) games than microsoft have managed to in all of Japan. This means that there's brand loyalty when it comes to the PS3 due to compatibility, marketing, and game lineage/licensing... pretty big advantage if you ask me.
  4. gheyest thread ever. omg fullsick hektik I get to make a flutter noise. Backpressure is harmful especially if you're running non standard boost levels. However, its all fun and games on stock systems. Hell my 57 year old dad's Cefiro came with factory flutter because they have no BOV in stock form so the backpressure makes the RB20DET turbo "flutter". In any case, how in the hell did this become a DIY thread. Moved.
  5. Internal joke, don't worry too much about it... just know that Gunmetal Grey GTR's are faster than any other colour.
  6. try http://www.aus300zx.com I know they're not exactly Z33 based, but they're a great bunch of guys in Australia, some of whom own 350z's.
  7. bring ze dogs... frisbee for fetching and james' leg for humping will be provided.
  8. No worries Blitzeh Try G-Force in syd, Avi Prasad is the bloke's name who runs it I think. He's on this forum, and I think he was looking at becoming a sponsor, dunno how he went with it. His website is http://www.jap.com.au in any case. The kits fit pretty well from the ones I've seen, and his prices are pretty damn good. The website has the coupe kit listed only, but I remember him mentioning the 4 door kit was in development last year, so it might be ready now. Roll and flare of guards required in the front, might be able to get away with a roll only in the back. 4 Doors look tougher with flares all around anyways. Possible, I've seen a few cars with em done... however the mounting positions don't line up exactly the same, some customising is required, and shutting the door is a little harder.
  9. lol bobo's pizza. such a quality joint.
  10. hehe I was wondering why you hadn't posted up the new pics of the car yet. I so can't wait to see that car in the flesh when I'm in NSW some time. My car's on the ship that left on the 27th of Jan (I think) ahh the joys of customs clearance await me now.
  11. Then he abandoned the car at chasers ... which then according to some contract, has apparently become Benny's property. Poor car.
  12. I don't give a rats arse about your car juggling any more after you destroyed the cefzla (yes well you didn't directly, but your actions dominoed into the car being owned by Benny (ex BMT, Chasers, and every other workshop that you can think of). As long as you don't sell those East Bear tail lights. I swear I will torch your new house if you do.
  13. so you're not coming on sat to the SAU bbq? If you want I can come on Sunday with trade plates and go for a drive.
  14. How much to hire out Duncan or Merli for the day? They are tools after all I'd be happy to put some coin in and drive a little out of my way to hire the an air tool or tig welder if I ever need it while I'm at my parent's place.
  15. man you guys are farked, how farkin hard is it to get a bunch of you abo's together, some alcohol and put the clutch in? nate guys at driftline said they already have a detailer, but will install your clutch cheap cos you're black. Seriously. As pred said, 3 pages for a clutch change... I can't wait to see how many pages a 100,000 km service will take.
  16. overnight parts from japan huh?
  17. its been a while since I've been to brooklyn, I'll pop by sometime. What are your working hours?
  18. they answered my calls straight away. I'm guessing being of asian origin they hit the alchy a bit too hard on chinese new year?
  19. should've made the poll public... that way we can just ban the people that vote "no".
  20. yeesh, keep your undies on lads (and ladies). only PranK can sort this one out.
  21. fark me sideways and call me Beer Baron... that's hektik. Did anyone get any vids?
  22. H = 2.0L E = 2.5L B = 2.6L C = HICAS (optional on both H and E R33's) the rest you can figure out. There's no chassis differences between S1 and S2 R33's. Both HR33's and ER33's came in 2 and 4 door variants. R33's came with RB20E (HR33's), RB25DE, and RB25DET engines (ER33's). RB20E's make a staggering 80 something kw at the fly... so they're not eligible for import into australia anymore due to them not meeting power to weight ratio requirements (not that anyone ever misses em). A couple of em did sneak into the country under the old CPA scheme though. Type M's and Type S's are just packages of optional extras that were available to respective models. Also, save yourself the money and troubles. If you want a GTR, buy a GTR, they're bloody cheap these days anyways, and they'll only get cheaper in the future when you're ready to upgrade.
  23. sam, andrew was tellin me you had some new type of fuel lines I should check out. Are you back home from your globe trotting or poppin by driftline anytime soon?
  24. who you calling cracka... cracka?
