  1. limited edition gun metal grey is the new midnight purple
  2. My old R32 after recieving some TLC from its new owner.
  3. Hey Ezzie, I got your PM's, but unfortunately wasn't able to find the info you wanted. Maybe if you gave me markers on the frame, I could measure it against a car in the workshop that we know is straight for comparison?
  4. If you keep posting like a 14 year old on school holidays then you will continue to not be taken by the guys on this forum. Vowels and grammar aren't a luxury, and this isn't SMS or MSN. In any case, your best option is to find an air-strut manufacturer that can fit bags onto standard (or dampening adjustable) struts. This will ensure that you have an easy fit, and minimal modifications to the actual suspension setup. As for the solenoids and pumps, that's all dependant on how much you can spend and how patient you are when it comes to changing your car's height.
  5. Every farking year some monkey digs this thread up, and every farking year I think "hmmm maybe I'll respond to it with something constuctive"... Well suck shit bitches, you ain't getting none... maybe next year.
  6. check the option website (sun-a.co.jp something) or just pick up the latest copy of option, its usually towards the back (which is the front if you read it westerner style).
  7. coke machines use bluetooth these days to accept orders, they credit you for the coke on your phone bill. So yeah, could have been anyone or anything really.
  8. drill a hole into your plastic housing and insert a clear white LED, then wire the LED in with a resistor to the park light connection. Instant parklight. You can then use the existing parklight as an indicator with an orange globe (or a clear globe that lights up orange).
  9. The VIN number is on the auction report, its just been split into two places as this auction does. Its WGNC34-122104, which is a 10/1998 built RS Four S.
  10. Its made using the individual throttles of an RB26DETT and some custom linkages, injector rails and trumpets. If you guys watch the full video of where Tsuchia test drives the mines R34, a couple of cars before it is an R32 GTS sporting a N/A RB24DE with hex throttles. And it goes like a dog with deep heat on its balls. Also a few N/A guys in japan have used the L28 hex throttle assembly adapted to fit RB20DE's for some fun. For a 120,000 yen that's actually fairly decent considering you get all the bits and pieces. An adaptor plate isn't hard to do either. If I still had my GTS I'd be all over this one combined with a MAP sensor conversion / aftermarket ECU. The first Skyline to start winning races was a straight 6 n/a called the GTB. In the early 90's autech made a tribute to this car by using an R32 GTS4 and putting an RB26DE n/a engine in it with GTR style individual throttles. Needless to say both are very highly sought after items
  11. just got back from sunny... gold coast via sydney. Went to the SAU NSW Xmas BBQ as well. That Drunkan fella's not as bad as they make him out to be you know ... ugh... 2 weeks away and I've got 2950 emails to go through. fun fun fun.
  12. how's the engine? I might have a good home for it... if its not too soon to be asking, and you've decided on what you're gonna do with it now, that is.
  13. I'll let EGA41T tell you how much his new S2 manual Stagea RS Four S cost him
  14. you can also use a AWD RB25DET engine out of a laurel, gloria or cedric... not just a stagea. but yes, AWD RB25DET's never came out in a Skyline, and of the cars that it did feature in, very very few of them are manuals. So you gotta be careful with your diff ratios, or risk ATTESA having a hissy fit.
  15. yup $500 is the threshold. I've been asked many times by customs on second hand parts to prove that they were less than that value. Also keep in mind the $500 includes the cost of shipping as well as the original purchase price
  16. yeah... was supposed to be painted lamborghini green up in QLD, but never eventuated. In other news narkeh, my GTS is now Top Secret Gold courtesy of teh new owner
  17. spotted gunmetal R32 cruise through Taylor's St in West Pennant Hills just then
  18. I got a big ol Genroc sticker on the boot of my cef... its a magazine for luxury euro cruisers. I'm guessing the old owner was a fan of em and sold his cef to get a BMW somethingorother.
  19. blitzeh, I wanna get teh cef tinted as its heating up like a biznitch on the inside. Is it more for a 4 door in 35% legal tint?
  20. fattest widebody to hit the streets of Australia my left testicle. Fit some 14" wide rims under those fenders, then come see us about widebody R33's. Kakimoto widebody > IQ POS And that's a 8 year old kit that complements the R33's styling at least. in japan awaiting shipping: in australia before stickerage: after stickerage on a slow day at work:
  21. Team Cefiro Powaaaah will have its vengence once it gets its bearings right. Next time unsuspecting Skyline owners... next time. Teh turbo'd Grandpa cruiser will have its day. Was an awesome fun day... will be back for more.
  22. Step 1: Tug at bottom of back seat, unltil two loops about 20cm in either side from the door unclick. If they don't come out easily use a crow bar next to the hook to lever it out. Don't worry, if you snap em you can use a hook/clip out of any R32 or R33 back seat (2 or 4 door) as they are the same. Although they are hard to snap as they are built tough enough to withstand crashes n shit. Step 2: Undo two bolts holding a respective clips at the base of the backrest of the backseat. Step 3: Pull down the center console if you have one, then pull off the bottom plastic trimming (held in with a plastic plug that can be levered out with a screwdriver). Under this there should be two bolts as well holding down a metal bracket. Undo these bolts. Step 4: Now the backrest is unbolted, the only thing holding it in is three hooks near the top of the backrest. Push the backrest upward to unhinge the seat from the hooks. Make sure the hooks aren't bent after you've removed them as they can make putting it back in a pain in the arse. Step 5: Get in the boot and undo the little cips that hold the parcel shelf down. There should be two types of clips little one way clips and bigger click in clips. You only need to undo the one way ones by squeezing them with a pair of long nose pliers and pushing the one way toothed piece back into the hole with a small phillips screwdriver. There's about 6 of these you need to do, 3 around each speaker. Step 6: Get into the back of the car, and gently work your hand under the parcel shelf cover, slowly unclick the bigger clips and once they're all done you should be able to lift it out. Step 7: Remove the existing speakers, use 8mm sockets. Unclip the speakers from their plugs. Leave the OEM wiring as it is and simply remove only the speakers. Step 8: Unsolder the OEM plug from the speaker, its really easy to do. Bend the clip off the speaker (as you won't be needing that one any more) and release the small plastic tab with two metal pins. Step 9: Solder the plastic tab with the pins to the new pair of speakers, taking care to wire positive to the positive terminal of the board. Cover with electrical insulation tape if you want to be extra protective. Step 10: If you use a pair of 6.5" speakers, they should line up perfectly with the existing holes in the parcel shelf. Use the existing screws to reattach the new speakers after plugging the OEM wiring into the pins. If you have two way coaxials (the one I'm using is the Response 2 Way Kevlar Cone Coaxials sold by Jaycar) make sure the tweeters point towards the front of the cabin. If you are using the factory covers over them, then make sure they point to the back. Step 11: Redo dis-assembly in reverse to get your car back to normal And you're done. Total time taken was about two hours, to undo the seats, the parcel shelf, unsolder the tabs, resolder them onto the new speakers, mount the speakers, and reassemble. That was because I went in blind, I'm sure it'll be quicker if you read this first
  23. I keep spotting the same Yellow R32 GTS/GTSt parked opposite Homebush station, its like the third time in a week.
