  1. I can post the XLS file if people want to do their own custom formulas and resort the columns etc.
  2. If the item's cheap and it requires little effort, I'll do it for $15, as long as you pay for all expenses incurred (ie internal postage, international postage, yahoo fees etc). Send me the Yahoo ID's of the stuff and I'll see if its feasible.
  3. how about now? does it show you the URL now?
  4. and make sure you do it quick before it gets any bigger
  5. put me down for a throat mic thing
  6. not that I know of. cheapest way to get one is to convince someone who has an N/A who's turboing their car and has aftermarket extractors to sell em to you (and no, I'm not turboing my car) here's the webpage for it: http://www.fujitsubo.co.jp/mc-prod/psrs-v.php3?id=00000086 here's one at yahoo for an R33 GTS25 http://page13.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r19118868 only $1300 The reason they're exxy is because their custom made items, ie you place the order and they make one for you. I've got some pics of it on my car, I'll see if I can dig em up.
  7. ebay is your friend, ask the seller to check if the helmet has the correct ISO stickers on it before buying, and make sure it hasn't been thru any major accidents or have cracks. I bought mine for $50, the previous owner took it on hillclimbs and other CAMS events, so it had all the mic and earphone attachments too.
  8. my Stage 1 for the AE86 was to take the stock engine out and prep the engine bay for a CA18DET. 6 months on, and I'm still on Stage 1. Hope you have better luck/motivation than me Oh and Dan, you look goofy in your mugshot on driftaustralia's website
  9. you obviously haven't been to VIC then. as long as you aren't caught driving an illegally modified car on the street, you can re-register the car without ever having it sighted. Technically meaning it only has to ever be inspected once in its life before becoming a purpose built track car. Just make sure you pay your rego every year (none of this blue, pink, green, orange and purple slip crap like in NSW) and you've got a "street registered" top fuel drag car with number plates, rego sticker and the paperwork... who cares that it was once registered as a VW beetle.
  10. I've got this on my R32 GTS. Fujitsubo stainless extractors got tuffy's mufflers in syd to make up a 2.5" cat back with a highflow cat to suit it.
  11. oh i see what the arse bandit's doing... he's not charging GST on em
  12. I was explaining to one of the guys on the day that your forum nick was saff_cossie, and he was all excited coz he thought you'd have brought a 4WD Sapphire Cosworth to Shepparton... he was slightly dissapointed to see a Liberty And if any mods of the WRX forum are reading this... I posted my pics up on the forum, and it got moved to a secret sqirrel section... now I'm gettin notifications of replies, but can't add more photos to it
  13. "Seller Warranty - This is a brand new product covered with 90 days replacement warranty, if winning amount at $99.00 or higher, the warranty period will extend to 6 months!" that's not too bad. Do it... do it. Worst case scenario I'll just ring up the distributor and swap em over if they're out of warranty with this guy.
  14. actually that guy seems to be getting better prices on all the accessories, just buy one pair of CB's off him and do all the accessories the others want for the GB. Just ask him about warranty though... oh and get a "Headset with Throat Microphone" (jaycar Item ID DC1039) for me.
  15. 4x 'AAA' Ni-Mh/700mAH for $5? weaksauce... pay $2 more and get 900mA batteries which'll last longer.
  16. as long as the GB is over $100 and there's 5 or more of each item, those prices are valid. So yeah you guys should get em (the main units) off ebay if they're cheaper. I'm not makin any money on em so I don't give a rats arse
  17. I use the VOX headset whenever I can... especially awesome when cruising. I've got a standalone battery charger (which I got from Kmart), and take 8 rechargeables with me, 4 in the CB and 4 in the glovebox, just in case. I used to use the cigarette charger, but found it really inconvenient due to the design of the CB (cig charger plugs in where the VOX headset does) plus it takes forever to charge.
  18. warranty biznitches ask the ebay dude if you get one. and no the price is capped at quantities of 5. The accessories are cheaper if you get 10. You save an awesome 30 cents.
  19. makes good sense, cheers. The way I was thinking, line up cone C, go over it, take a 5 sec penalty and not reduce your speed in the chicane. Technically as long as you clock the whole course in 39 seconds at top speed (as you won't be slowing down for chicanes), if you take a 15 point hit in penalties for knocking 3 cones, you could have equalised with Chris for top time
  20. here's the prices for the units and the accessories providing you get 5 or more: 1.5W CB - $64.70 4 x Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery AAA 900mAh - $7 VOX Headset + Microphone - $10.70 Mains Charger - $10.70 Cigarette Charger - $10.70 Carry Pouch - $5.45 I recommend you get a mains charger if you don't have a AAA battery charger already as the cigarette charger I found gets in the way of the headset. Its only useful in emergencies. Also if you want the items mailed to you it should be about $10. Seeing as you guys are all in melb, just organise to meet up with me at an event or monthly meet.
  21. quick question... on the long wang... if hypothetically I don't go through the chicane, but instead plough through a (single) cone, does that count as a 5 second penalty only?
  22. accessories available are: VOX headset (so it broadcasts automatically when you speak) The CB is capable of VOX Cigarette charger Mains Charger Protective case/belt clip THe CB itself is 1.5W so its broadcast and reception quality is very good compared to the 0.5 and 1.0 watters. On the Mt Macedon cruise I was using one, and I was getting the rantings of Ash in the group of cars before ours (we went in groups maybe 2 to 3km apart). The others in my group couldn't get him.
  23. we were under the impression that only two of the timed runs from each course would count and not all 3. but bleh, you get that. still had awesome fun.
