if you're moving to oz in the near future and want to bring it over, then it'll come in as a "Personal Import". Which is basically any car with any mods that you've owned for the 12 months prior to you moving to oz. if you've already moved to oz, then you can't import it unless it's taken back to standard manufacturer spec. it has to come in under the RAWS scheme, which unfortunately an RB30DET converted skyline isn't gonna be eligible under.
