  1. don't BC's come with 7kg and 4kg springs standard? From memory that's around the same rebound rate as stock. Performance gain? Turn the dampening off full firm and see how the bounce rate is. The midrange of most cheap coils are terrible, they only work properly at either extreme due to the nature of their valving. Add to this that BC's don't have progressive springs, and it's pretty much a recipe for fail. With the same amount of money you could get a very good set of matched springs and struts that will last longer, perform consistently and much more smoothly. Fuck adjustable dampening and height, the only guys who do that usually have $5000 suspensions and visit a suspension shop before and after each event. If someone's on a $1200 budget for suspension their broke ass isn't gonna see a suspension shop after it's been set. ever. they'll just ghetto it up at home every time they get defected.
  2. the level of crack consumption in this here parts of SAU seems to be rampant.
  3. cheap coilies and weird offset wheels maketh not a well handling car.

  6. bahahaha got a call earlier today from one of the publicity girls for autosmellon... they want me and a mate to come judge some model contest cos the judges they had lined up dropped out. whatevs... if anyone's there between 11 and 3 I might see ya there.
  7. nope... works on unjailbroken too. the guys at mediamonkey reverse engineered the ipod database structure, so they can index the files just like iTunes. Any program can write to an ipod/iphone, but only a couple can write the file AND make the database entries valid so that the device sees the files. there was a little downtime when apple changed the DB structure when they included ebooks (iOS3 to iOS4), but they sorted that out too. You can now upload videos, books and music using MediaMonkey.

  18. if being hardgay was a defectable offense, they'd be all over you and your car.
  19. *facepalm* its cos mexicans have a reputation in the US for bodging shit together on a low budget that inevitably ends up looking like ass and functioning as well as a bag of dicks. Often in the quest for well fitting wheels guys will snap up something with "epic dish" for cheap with no regard for offset or clearance issues, and then proceed to rock it anyway because they've already sunk what little money they have into shitty wheels. Thus, this fitment is called mexican, because the owner is automatically assumed to be some broke ass who is trying ever so hard to jump on the fitment bandwagon, but failing hard at it. Here endeth the lesson for the day.
  20. no. plastic warps when heated.
  21. had my L's at 16, P's on the day I turned 17, lost it by the age of 19. Full license at 21. I'd have had my full by 19 if I hadn't lost it, but cos I lost it I went into the 3 year P-plate system instead of the 1 year P-plate. FFFUUU.
