Anyone here in Canberra could install the DFA and IBC and do a basic setting of the load points? I bought both pre-built kits from this forum 10 years ago, and its been sitting in my cupboard ever since! Happy to reward accordingly... -
Wtb - Lenso Centre Cap, Deep Dish.
Silverback replied to Silverback's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Bump... Also looking for window switch units.... -
Hi Guys, Just got back on here after a time, and have just put a set of lenso wheels on. Extremely happy with the fit, offset, everything. However I noticed when I got them home that one of the centre caps was a crappy one, but the 3 other genuine caps were there. It seems very hard to find the genuine article from anywhere. The front ones are made deeper dish to cover the axle and there was only one. Because of the offset, it needs the clearance. If there is anyone who has one and would be willing to part with it, I would be happy to negotiate suitable recompense. Cheers

From the album: Silverback Stagea
Haven't been on here for ages, but got excited about putting a set of black Monoblok Lensos. 18x9, 30 offset, 225/45/18's on it and sits perfectly. Now, just got to find one Lenso centre cap (deep dish) for one side. -
Hi All, I have recently replaced the Neo engine in my 99 Series 2 Stag. The old engine has been stripped down and there are various bits available. I wont list them all here, but if you have a request, let me know and I will pm you. Some of the things I do have available: Long motor (spun main bearing) Will separate Head Turbo and turbo housing (turbo will need a rebuild I would think) Alternator AC compressoer Crank Angle Sensor Water Pump (less than 10k old) Other bits and pieces. Cheers

Got A Stag - And Few Questions!
Silverback replied to adey88's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Second what Tangles said about the suspension. I've got the full suspension upgrade with the standard springs and its great. Its firm, yet still compliant enough. The adjustment on the Bilsteins helps to get the ride height spot on. Its good. -
Are There Any M35's In Canberra?
Silverback replied to Houdini's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
I have a white S2 RS4. I work at Mitchell so its mainly parked out of site, but I get out and about a fair bit. The guys at Trojan do the work on mine - very good guys and excellent work. I have had mine for over 2 years and still going strong. The exhaust mods are the best thing to do for stageas, and I am sure the M35 is no different. I still have the SMIC on mine, so I enjoy the weather getting colder! -
Those Carbon Fibre bits are an optional Carbon kit that could be ordered with the Dayz. I would say that it might be genuine Dayz accessory, but they are also available aftermarket. I have those tweeters on the front door. They work ok, but a bit of a pain. Cheers

I've got the full carbon treatment in mine, includes the full interior trimmings including door trims, radio surround, shifter surround, dash etc - plus mine has the airbags for the rear.

Shotgun on the Rims if you end up selling them. I have always wanted a set of those. PM me when you are ready -
Congrats on the purchase, it looks great. I agree with the choice of front bar, the one they put on looks fantastic. Hope you have lots of fun.
