who cares if you made 330rwkw. a 240rwkw SR20 will slap you on the street. headgasket is always best to get, but maybe you drive like a pussy since you hardly see boost in your 330rwkw barge.

Nismo headgasket. Cams always needed for a race/performance car. lower compression .3more or anymore will be noticble. 480cc nismos are about 1000AUD

I dont know from tuning experience, but 400hp at the flywheel seems ok if you have a headgasket that will drop compression slightly. Buy a Exedy button clutch kit. They are really cheap these days! Fuel pump. get a Bosch 044 intank fuel pump. Step1 camshafts do the job!

lag is fine for drift.. aslong as you can use with your clutch

nismoid.. i have facts in my own brain from experience ive tuned 5 cars with these turbos.. customers like them.. nice big top end power after 5000rpm till redline *usualy 8,000rpm* but they suck for street racing! period! drag only or watever

well similar exhaust outlet for the wastegate flaap. end of story these turbos are for ricers who just want a "turbo car" NOT A TUNED PERFORMANCE CAR! ( as the japs say) POS TURBO!

Yeh they are laggy.. the internal wastegate gasses muffle the rear wheel and come out of a 2.25" exhaust which is just as big as the rear wheel gasses, then what about the wastegate gasses???? hence......... LAG. BIG CRAP. LAG SHIT TURBOS MADE IN CHINA they cost 140$USD to import straight from chinese manufactorer. CRAP!

hi there, i replaced both the engine mounts on my mates s13, now.. when you put the engine mounts in.. would they be best for handling to set them to the very bottom? engine is out atm.. or do they have to be how they where first(the stock ones) 3/4 up the top.. or does it have no efect at all? cheers

Hi, I have just purchesed a RB25DET R32 4door from japan with a HKS GT2835R turbo kit , high mounted with 38mm ex gate,GARAGE SAURAS remap ecu,480cc injectors (nismo), AFM removed ,metal nismo headgasket, step 1 tomei cams with adj cam gears from hks. now, bad news.. turbo is giving way apprently the auction report says.. it says "TURBINE OIL LEAK" .... I am not sure what they mean, but im guessing oil seals?.. I am tossing up to get a GCG hiflow on the standard r34 turbo i can get for dirt cheap? Does anyone have dyno graph of the GCGhiflow on the RB25 ? and one with the 2835R HKS ? i will be using it for drift/street purpose so i wanna compare midrange power (@4500rpm ) on 1.3bar atleast. what is the "max power" average on these GCG turbos? and HKS 2835R? im sure you know my situation and questions, as my turbo is probably blowing smoke like a c**t ( pictures indicate rear bar really smokey from high boost and most likely turbo seal dead!) thanks! sorry for the q's/ i am aiming for 220rwkw @ 4500rpm from a reliable turbo. engine h
