I usually buy my tyres from Tyrepower in Sunshine (On McIntyre Rd). Great service and its one of the only places in the area where you can get a wheel alignment on a low car with a kit.
I payed $220 for 235/40/18's for my 180.
Good way to even further worsen the hate against import owners Damn stupid, would have been messy if one of them fell out.
Oh, and please don't turn this into a western suburbs bashing thread. There's idiots from every area
Personally I think that if you are drag racing, you should run semi's or full slicks. It's what the pro's do, and it shows the full potential in a time and MPH of your car's power.
There's a place near Aircraft station that done some work to my mum's old car when she cleaned up a cyclist, and their work seems pretty good. They can be pretty pricey though.
They actually have around 150odd kW, are called a BPD, and basically have a better turbo and manifold setup over the BPT (Mazda Familia GTX and TX3 Turbo)
^^ If that were the case, he would have contacted his buyers and let them know.
This sort of stuff is the main reason why I only buy stuff for my car of reputable dealers. NEVER from eBay.
Cheers thanks for that, I thought Ideal may have sold second hand Recaro's aswell. I'll definately keep that trimmer in mind, but it's a bit of a hike for me
I just need something that will keep my bum on the seat when I'm sliding
What kind of prices do Ideal Seat offer? Do they also stock Bride seats? I may buy a couple of f**ked ones and get them retrimmed, instead of buying brand new ones.
It only looks good if the white of the car matches the white powdercoat on the rims.
If I were to paint my Racing Harts white, it'd look just wrong on my car because it's Alabaster white.
Personally I think it's much better to get a PFC, because it gives you the flexibility to put the standard ECU back in etc. when/if you come to sell the car (plus various other reasons)
