Sounds like missfire mate, around what RPM does it occur? theirs many things that can cause missfire eg coils, spark plugs, ignitor. Could also be your car going into R&R.

So what is the reasoning behind Armor All being a "dirty" word, ive always heard people bag it out over the years but ive used it and my dad has used it for 20 odd years both with no problems at all.

Ive used Armor All on all my cars and it looks great as long as you dont apply it too thick and give it a nice buff with a clean rag after you apply it otherwise it looks too greasy and tacky.

Your definately not aloud to drive without a bonnet on its 100% illegal, its that way incase you hit a pedestrian they cant fall onto moving/hot engine parts etc.

BTW that 4DHNYZ MR2 comes to my work fairly often with a few other cars with just as wanky no plates, always gives me a good laugh. Anyone ever seen the STOCK Lancer (99 model ish) with the plate IRIPTU in Mt Druitt area? I see it about once a week, always brightens my day.

I use Motul 8100, as long as its FULLY synthetic most oils will be fine.

When mine blew it made a really high pitch whistle whilst accelerating hard on boost it used to scream its head off, I didnt notice any power loss...

I dont mind certain plates but I HATE anything like 12NV or 2SEXY etc etc, when I see ones like that I just laugh.

Ive been riding in style on the bus for the last 4 months because I lost my licence for 6 months (Still got 2 months 9 days to go) thing that pisses me off so much is that if I didnt lose my licence the battery wouldnt of went flat from the car sitting their so long so I wouldnt of taken it out then connected it again the wrong way. Ah well lesson has definately been learnt.

Ok guys I have some great news to report, tried my mates ignition module from his GTR and boom it started first go, put my old one back in just to make sure that was the problem and it wouldnt start so it was the ignition module Car is running like a bit of a pig tho keeps wanting to stall at idle or when you come to a stop but im guessing this could be because it has had the same fuel in it for 4 months and has been drivin less then 50km since June. Thanks for everyones help! DONT connect your battery around the wrong way! Also if anyone is selling an ignition module for a R32 GTST / GTR send me a PM with a price

Ok guys I have an update I got NRMA out to look at the car , it has fuel but no spark at all, tried swapping the green relays next to the ecu still no spark. Anyone got any ideas what could be causing no spark? NRMA guy said either my alarm system or ignitor module.

Alright guys I have an update, I got the PFC back from the repair shop today, put it in the car it turns on the fuel pump primes the hand controller comes on etc, but the car still just cranks for eternity and will not start, ive checked all the fuses 1000 times and their all fine. Anyone got any more suggestions before I burn this fu**ing thing.

I had very similar symptoms, car would drive fine for a while then out of nowhere just start shaking and coughing and spluttering. Turned out to be my AFM so maybe look into that. You could take it off and clean the element with contact cleaner or something similar.
