Do you plan on running 27psi while it's been street driven or will there be a lower boost setting? How long do you think the internals will last. 2500ks a month it will probably be up for a tyre change by then to.

Well I live in Central Qld and there is a lot of bumby roads and pot holes and dirt roads etc. etc. and I personaly dont find them hard or stiff at all I am also using Whiteline springs.

What about Whiteline springs? they are about $350 for the four and they are made for our road conditions.

Yes that's what happened to me, the back would get all jittery around corners and over small bumps. I took out the back suspension and after I undid the pillow mount bolt on one of the shocks to get the spring off the shocky collapsed, I could push it all the way down and it would just stay there and when you lifted it all the way up and jiggled it it would fall down all by it's self. I had previously taken the car to Pedders and they said that they where soft but other then that they where fine.

How much power are you chasing? I definately don't know Intercooler size to power requierments, it all depends on the position, type and size. The standard cooler is about half the size and can cope with about 180rwkw at the wheels so I would say that a 400 by 260 by 65 could cope with 250rwkw+.

Most of them are measured without the end tanks, 90% of the time but the other 10% measure the end tanks.

I never really checked them I lowered the car and just bought the new Radius Rod and Rear Control Arm Bushes so it could be wheel aligned probably.
