hey. i lookin at a set of tomei pon cams for my rb20det it has gt30 n all the bull shit on it IN 256 degree, EX 256 degree, Valve lift: 8.5mm IN/EX will these be ok? will i need valve springs or anything else to go with these cams

hi, i have mechanical autometer guages for my vl which has an rb20det in it. where should i hook up the water temp sensor? is there anywhere i can put it? should i get one of those things that tap into the radiator hose itself? any help would be great, cheers

why would i??? have a think about it. do you seriously think my standard internal pump can supply enough fuel to the 044? no it cant. you cannot fit a 040 internal in the access hole of the tank. so im using a 044 external with a surge tank. which will keep the 044 supplied with fuel. Why post if you dont know f**k all about it..... make yourself look like a f**ken dick

hey. just wana make sure i hook my surge tank up right. 1-the very top fitting goes back to fuel tank (return) 2-the top on the side is the return from the rail 3-the other on the top side goes to the internal pump 4- the bottom fitting goes to my 044 external. is this right? this is in a VL turbo so it has an internal prime pump.

dunno about in the airbox mate. they will fit a 32 with an adaptor on the afm

i have two K&N pod filters for sale. they have a 3inch neck, one is blue, one is chrome. these are brand new, still in the unopened sealed plastic. i do not have the boxes tho as i used them for something... i am selling these due to change of plans to project car. asking $60 each plus $10 per filter postage around aus. can be arranged to be picked up if you in SA

im planning on building a 3L with a 25 head for when the rb20 gives way. so will it be worth keeping for this

i did a search but couldnt really find an answer just wondering what specs my garret gt3040 is. brought it second hand, basically new tho. the garret plate says 700177-5014 has a .63 rear housing, external gate. .70 comp cover what this capable of on an rb20 with microtech, fuel system, 38mm gate, eboost2 etc any info would be great cheers

in the pic up the top (the standard) there is the three lines. two coming from left and one from right

the one that went through the thottle body ive just joined them so they still flow together. just dont know what to do with the three at the end of the plenem

hey. i have had my plenum on my RB20DET modified to relocate the throttle body from the side to the front. at the front of the plenem there used to be the coolant lines goin to it and a few others. now where should i hook up these coolant lines? should i block em off or put a T-piece and join the three together? them vacum for the pressure reg i presume just get from anywhere on plenum. the oil breather one is taken care of via catch can. ive included a few pics of my setup and a standard so you know what im on about. any help would be great. cheers

hey i have a VL calais with a RB20DET in it and done a bit to it now and wondering what sort of power you think il make. heres what ive done -Stainless high mount manifold -Garret GT30 with 0.63 exhaust housing -Tial 38mm external gate -3" stainless mandel bent turbo back exhaust with sreamer pipe -modified plenem (throttle body relocated to front facing radiator) -large front mount -Eboost2 -Microtech LT12s computer -Bosch 044 external pump -walbro internal pump -surge tank -fuel pressure reg -injectors -xtreme clutch (r32 5speed) -4.11 diff gears -catch can -oil cooler -twin thermos (removed mechanical fan) what sort of power you think this will achieve? how much will stock internals handle. Motor is in very good condition. cheers
