Have been having problems with the standard inlet pipe sucking closed(restricting flow),anyone know of somewhere to get either one made or if they sell aftermarket one of the same in solid pipe or anything. Only seems to happen above about 15psi.

Kumo Exctas 265s R17s at 248 rwkw slight loss of traction depends how you drive it an how hard your boost comes on, I can control it better with AVCR so yeah they are a good tyre IMO. I have a friend that was able to source cheap so I went on his advice. Sorry computer put in wrong post must of had both open...

Has anyone used the plenum or seen the quality of the make. They are selling for 550 and look similar to the greddy manifold.

GTRS is the turbo a minimum of 12psi so wouldnt it be like running no boost control if the AVCR is turned off.

Thanks fo that just the soliniode, think I will have to get tuned again. Anyone got any thoughts on the oil lines crimping.

Have installed Both today as well as K&N pod (was a HKS mushroom filter before). Ces split dump the day before. Everything was fine although when driving have a ticking sound when coming on boost, had a look under bonnet and noticed when car is idling the hoses to the catch tank are crimped as if being sucked shut. Is the AVCR s soliniode making that ticking sound maybe. Power FC is reading knock levels quite early in the rev range at about 3500. Any ideas....

Oil lines included might be interested, so how did that damage come about?? What about the other side of the story how did the exhaust side fair??? Dont get me wrong am still interested to know the story...

I need to get 2 tyres and rims do they fit R33, cause I have to send a Volk mag to get rolled as it has inside damage to the lip and im sick of pumping up twice a day. You want to sell the back half if they fit.

Thoughts on ceramic coating and how much of an advantage it is over mild steel version with exhaust wrap. I have heard that the mild steel can become brittle after a while due to the temperature being contained.

Thanks people ,I was told that the dash had only twelve screws then out with the bulb. Cutting of the wire at the computer is that easier or fraught with danger if I cut the wrong wire.

Can anyone shed some light on how to get rid of the bulb for the hicas light. Have installed lock bar just need to get rid of the light.

Any sugestions to more midrange for the circuit, Power FC 550 inj Walbro - soon to be upgraded to surge tank supply for bosch item. tien coilovers Fmic Hybrid EBC Hybrid dual stage Complete exhaust system with HKS super dragger & magic cat There is a heap of other stuff but had a few rums so Ill leave it at that. Well back to what i need to ask is will the poncams in anyones opinion give me the midrange I want or will it take to much out of the top end

Like you said check your plugs if thats not the problem look elsewhere. Is your car tuned ? What boost is it running.... Does it happen all the time... Is car warmed up or only happens before you get to operating temp.... So many variables..

Id have to say that my car is much happier running on shell extreme 100ron. Previously was using Mobil synergy 8000 that wasnt bad either. In all honesty though I would have thought that the fuel used when the car is getting tuned would be the fuel of choice purely for the fact that the car has been tuned to that state of fuel... just my 2c though

What boost control do you use, I would have thought that if your only doing 80 on the highway and booted the accelerater you would change down yes. Forcing fuel into any car in a lower gear traveling at labouring speeds and yeah its going to choke. Does it happen when your driving spirited normally.

Have recieved conformation today from Nengun that HKS gtrs is being processed, have been looking forward to this for ages. Can anyone steer me in the right direction if there is anything else needed to complete this set up. The car is currently only making 201.6 rwkw, am keen to get into some track racing every month or so as time permits. Already have some semi slicks for the dry but still need to look into coilovers, standard springs at the moment with KYB sports shocks are a bit soft. Will also be getting later hicas lock bar an for little bit more midrange power HKS poncams.
